A stellar cast of Broadway, film and television actors will come together under the direction of two-time Tony Nominee Jayne Atkinson today, Nov. 3 to present By Wheel and By Wing, an original production that had its birth in front of sold-out audiences in Atlanta, Ga.

Broadway's 40 theatres aren't the only places to catch performances from your favorite stars! Well after Broadway orchestra's begin their overtures, ensemble members take their dance breaks, and performers belt out their eleven- o'clock numbers, the party continues at various cabaret venues throughout New York City. SAFE HOUSE, Keith Josef Adkins' moving and surprising drama exploring a little-known chapter in our region's history, is the 71st world premiere production at the Playhouse. It will continue the Robert S. Marx Theatre season today, Oct. 18 through Nov. 15.

The series, '54 Below at NJPAC,' launches with three Saturday night events, originally presented on stage at 54 Below, celebrating the music of legendary Broadway songwriters and featuring all-star Broadway talent.

2013 MetroStar Winner Lauren Stanford will bring Helen Morgan, to life in 'More Than You Know.' Directed by Eric Michael Gillett with Music Direction by Mike Pettry, the play contains songs the chanteuse made famous, including Jerome Kern's 'Bill' and 'Why Was I Born.' Stanford wrote the piece, described as a dramatic recreation of Helen Morgan's 1932 cabaret act.

Paper Mill Playhouse will open its 2014-2015 season with a Broadway-bound, world-class revival of Can-Can starring Kate Baldwin as Pistache and Jason Danieley as Aristide. Can-Can will play the Millburn, New Jersey, theater from tonight, October 1 through October 26, 2014. The official press opening night is Sunday, October 5, at 7:00pm.

?54 Below, Broadway's Supper Club, has announced initial casting for '54 Sings Kiss of the Spider Woman.'Anthony Crivello, who won a Tony Award for his performance as Valentin in the original 1993 Broadway production of Kiss of the Spider Woman, headlines the evening celebrating John Kander and Fred Ebb's celebrated score.

Eight veteran actors, directors, writers, choreographers and producers have created FWD Theatre Project ('Festival of Works in Development'), a grass-roots initiative for the discovery, development and delivery of original musical theater to the Chicago community. Artistic Director Amber Mak along with Collective Artistic Associates Justin Brill, Wade Elkins, Michael Gillis, Karen Multer, Steve Multer, Missy Greenburg and Scott Sowinski, have announced LaunchingFWD!, a one-night-only concert event at City Winery Chicago, 1200 W. Randolph Street, tonight, September 22 at 8 pm (doors open at 6 pmfor food and cocktails).

Two River Theater, under the leadership of Artistic Director John Dias and Managing Director Michael Hurst, announces the cast and creative team for its production of Alan Jay Lerner and Frederick Loewe's Camelot, directed by David Lee with music direction and orchestrations by Steve Orich (Jersey Boys) and choreography by Mark Esposito (South Pacific with Reba McEntire). FWD Theatre Project, a grass-roots initiative for the discovery, development and delivery of original musical theater to the Chicago community, has sold out its official launch event, titled LaunchingFWD!, in the 330-seat main room at City Winery Chicago, 1200 W. Randolph Street, scheduled to take place Monday, September 22 at 8 pm. FWD and City Winery today announce they will open an additional 70 "Mezzanine" tickets for sale beginning Wednesday, September 10, to meet the overflow demand.
