On August 16th, Broadway star Ricky Martin appeared on LATE NIGHT WITH JIMMY FALLON, where he revealed his love of Twitter and his new habit of tweeting 'intermission pictures' from backstage to give fans a behind-the-scenes peek. Today, we bring you a double-sized 'Jimmy Fallon Edition,' Saturday Intermission Pics round-up with photos from yesterday's matinee and evening performances!

NEWSIES star Andrew Keenan-Bolger recently took the time to put together a music video for summer 2012, featuring some of his NEWSIES castmates and even some other Broadway veterans. Keenan-Bolger writes: 'I brought my camera along whenever I was hanging out with my friends this summer. I decided to compile the footage together in an unofficial video for my favorite song of the summer, '1904' by The Tallest Man On Earth.'

NEWSIES has been playing now for several months the Nederlander Theatre, and by now the cast has lots of backstage rituals that go on before performances. In the video below, check out where they stretch, do vocal warm-ups, and more!

Alan Menken and Jack Feldman are this year's recipients of the Tony Award for Best Original Score (Music and Lyrics) Written for Theatre for NEWSIES. Surprising no one following the show's grosses, it's just been announced NEWSIES, which opened on Broadway back in March for a limited run through August 19th will now officially be an open-ended run with tickets on sale through November 18, 2012 and group sales to January of 2013. The show received 8 Tony nominations earlier this month.
