MATILDA National Tour Begins Tonight Buell Theatre

Produced by the Royal Shakespeare Company and The Dodgers, the First National Tour of MATILDA THE MUSICAL plays The Buell Theatre September 9 through 20 only. Tickets are on sale now at or by calling 303.893.4100.

Kids' Night on Broadway | September 10 starting at 6:30pm
Kids see MATILDA THE MUSICAL free with a full paying adult with promo code: KNOB. The Kids' Night ticket includes a $3 donation to DCPA Education. As a thank you, patrons will receive a copy of Roald Dahl's Matilda. Restrictions apply. Ticketed patrons attending the September 10 evening performance are invited to come to the theatre starting at 6:30pm for family activities in the lobby. Based on the beloved novel by Roald Dahl, MATILDA THE MUSICAL is directed by Tony Award winner Matthew Warchus (God of Carnage), who helms this production with a book by Tony Award-winning playwright Dennis Kelly and music and lyrics by Australian comedian, musician and composer Tim Minchin.

The production has sets and costumes by Tony Award winner Rob Howell, with choreography by Tony Award winner Peter Darling, orchestrations, additional music and musical supervision by Christopher Nightingale, lighting by Tony Award winner Hugh Vanstone, and sound by Simon Baker.
