Actress and singer Rachel Tucker has impressed in leading musical theatre roles both in the West End and on Broadway, including Wicked, We Will Rock You and The Last Ship. She's also performed in plays such as Alan Ayckbourn's Communicating Doors and released an album. Now, she's embarking on her first solo tour, which travels the UK this summer and also transfers to New York in September.

Director John Tiffany has proved gloriously adept at handling both sides of the equation in the magical trick-filled yet emotionally authentic Harry Potter and the Cursed Child, and here too, in this acclaimed production that comes to the West End via Broadway and Edinburgh, wonders rub shoulders with bruising truths.

American actor Brian J Smith's diverse credits include independent film Hate Crime, TV series Sense8, and, on stage, John Tiffany's acclaimed production of Tennessee Williams's The Glass Menagerie. The latter was a hit on Broadway and in Edinburgh, and is now playing in the West End at the Duke of York's Theatre.

Audiences have just over a month left to experience David Bowie and Enda Walsh's LAZARUS. The final performance of the production's strictly limited 13-week run will be held on Sunday 22 January 2017 at King's Cross Theatre, the brand new 900-seater venue built specifically for the production.

As the November 8 UK opening of LAZARUS at London's King Cross Theatre approaches, the cast and band of the original New York production release their versions of the David Bowie songs from the show as the Lazarus Cast Album today, October 21, on ISO / Columbia Records.

Rehearsals begin today for the European premiere of David Bowie and Enda Walsh's LAZARUS, ahead of preview performances from Tuesday 25 October in a brand new 900-seater venue at Kings Cross Theatre built specifically for the production. Playing for 13 WEEKS ONLY until Sunday 22 January 2017, LAZARUS will have its official opening night on Tuesday 8 November 2016.

Last night, Michael C. Hall perfomed David Bowie's 'Lazarus' at the 2016 Mercury Prize ceremony. The song was featured on Bowie's final album Blackstar, which was nominated for a Mercury Prize.

Penguin Rep Theatre, the award-winning theatre in Stony Point, New York, under the leadership of Artistic Director Joe Brancato and Executive Director Andrew M. Horn, closes its 2016 season with the New York premiere of Daniel's Husband by Michael McKeever from September 23 through October 16, 2016. In Daniel's Husband, Mitchell and Daniel are the ideal couple, everything but married. Mitchell does not believe in marriage; Daniel does. "When their life together takes a shocking and unexpected turn," says Mr. Brancato, who will stage the production at Penguin Rep, "we learn about the power and pain of love in this breathtaking new play."

Second Stage Theatre (Carole Rothman, Artistic Director,Casey Reitz, Executive Director) presents the world premiere production of THE LAYOVER, written by Leslye Headland and directed by Trip Cullman.
