Producer Ken Davenport has announced an expanded rush ticket program for two of the final performances of Tony and Olivier Award winner Alan Cumming's acclaimed one-man Broadway production of Macbeth.
Producers Daryl Roth and Hal Luftig announced today that Kinky Boots, this year's Tony Award-winning Best Musical, has implemented a new lottery ticket policy, following the show's recent record-breaking weeks at the box office. Beginning Tuesday, July 9, a general ticket lottery will replace the previous general rush policy (for which many fans began sleeping outside the theater to be first in line when the box office opened). Lottery entries will be accepted outside the Al Hirschfeld Theatre box office (302 West 45th Street) beginning two and a half hours prior to each performance, and names will be drawn at random, for a limited number of $37 tickets, two hours before curtain time.
