So many stars! Producer Scott Rudin has announced the staggering complete cast list for the upcoming production of The Front Page, Ben Hecht and Charles MacArthur's classic 1928 comedy set in the world of the Chicago newspaper business.

SPACE on Ryder Farm, the non-profit artist residency program located on Ryder Farm, an idyllic 200 year-old working organic farm in Brewster, New York announced its 2016 season for The Working Farm, Family Residency, Creative Solutions Symposium and Artistic Residency programs at The Players Club. In attendence were Josh Charles, David Bar Katz, Michael Urie, and Marsha Norman, as well as 2016 SPACE residents Cusi Cram, Daisy Foote, Adam Rapp, and recipients of the inaugural Relentless Award--Clare Barron and Sarah DeLappe.

As theatre critics for the New York Times, Ben Brantley and Charles Isherwood are perhaps the most influential voices when it comes to Broadway. Atlantic Theater Company presents the first production of its 30th anniversary season, the New York revival of multiple Obie Award winner Caryl Churchill's landmark play Cloud Nine, directed by Obie Award winner James Macdonald. Cloud Nine began previews September 16, officially opened last night October 5, and will play a limited engagement through Sunday, November 1, 2015 Off Broadway at Atlantic Theater Company's Linda Gross Theater (336 West 20 Street). 

On yesterday's ELLEN, Tony winning actor Nathan Lane stopped by to talk about his new children's book 'Naught Mable' and shared some other titles that you might not have heard of.

Dave Thomas Brown, recently of Heathers: The Musical at New World Stages, leads a cast that also includes Wayne Duvall (O Brother Where Art Thou?, Leatherheads), Matt McGrath (Cabaret, Hedwig and the Angry Inch), Keith Nobbs (Lombardi, 'The Black Donnellys') and Afton C. Williamson('Nashville,' 'Homeland'), in Matthew Lopez's The Legend of Georgia McBride, the first production of MCC's 2015-16 Main Stage Season. Nathan Lane, who most recently appeared on Broadway in Terence McNally's IT'S ONLY A PLAY, is the latest Broadway star to sign on to the FX limited series, 'American Crime Story: O.J. Simpson' from Ryan Murphy.

Opening Night of The Harvest was a rousing success with a sell-out crowd at Nantucket's Dreamland Theater July 1 to see the staged reading of playwright Samuel D. The White Heron Theatre Company today announced the cast for the reading of Samuel Hunter's new play, The Harvest, July 1 and 2 at 8 pm, at the Dreamland Theatre in Nantucket. The cast includes actors from Orange is the New Black, Ironwood, Mildred Pierce, Boardwalk Empire and the Sopranos not to mention numerous Broadway plays and projects including a Tony nomination for Its Only a Play.

The Public Theater's Free Shakespeare in the Park production of The Tempest officially opened last night, June 16, and runs through Sunday, July 5, 2015. In The Tempest, Shakespeare's classic about young love, old enemies, and the eternal magic of storytelling, Prospero, exiled to a fantastical island, unleashes a churning storm to shipwreck the traitor brother who stole his throne and settle the score once and for all. But bitter revenge is upended by newfound love in this sublime masterpiece that proves we are all 'such stuff as dreams are made on.'

THE 69TH ANNUAL TONY AWARDS, aired live from Radio City Music Hall, last night Sunday, June 7 (8:00-11:00 PM, live ET/delayed PT) on the CBS Television Network. After the creemony is when the real fun started though, as most of the evening's celebrity guests headed to the annual Tonys Party at the Carlyle Hotel, hosted by O&M Co.
