Merging local star power with nationally-recognized artists, the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts of Miami-Dade County announced today the creative team collaborating on this summer's blockbuster - THE DONKEY SHOW.
Adam Shankman's ROCK OF AGES, which opened last weekend, brought in an additional $8 million in its second weekend, according to Boxofficemojo. As Broadwayworld previously reported, the musical earned $14.4 million in its opening weekend, and a total of $28,763,000. The movie took fifth place (behind Brave, Madagascar 3, Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter and Prometheus), having the sixth-highest opening ever for a musical.

To see Erin Spencer dance is to fall a little bit in love with her. Talented and determined, ambitious and creative...she's kind of a force of nature. One of the growing number of dancers in the Nashville area who focus on theatrical performances - she has a heady resume of performance with several theater companies here - she's gaining a much-deserved reputation as an exceptional performer with an amazing work ethic.
