Cutting-Edge Composers in association with Hope Lights Partners will present A Lasting Impression, a contemporary new musical by up-and-coming songwriter Zoe Sarnak, in concert on June 29th at 7pm at Joe's Pub.

The York Theatre Company (James Morgan, Producing Artistic Director; Andrew Levine, Executive Director), present a one-night only benefit concert celebrating up and coming musical theatre writers, with the NEO 9 on Monday, May 20, 2013 at The York Theatre. The concert featured performances by SARAH HYLANd (Modern Family), Melissa Benoist (Glee), Barrett Foa (NCIS: Los Angeles), Max Ehrich (Days of Our Lives, Broadway: Newsies), Dezmond Meeks (America's Got Talent), Meghann Fahy (On Life To Live, Broadway: Next To Normal), Laura Dickinson (Disney's Phineas & Ferb), Matt Sax (Clay), Morgan Karr (Spring Awakening), Colleen Ballinger, Telly Leung (Glee, Broadway: Rent), Jesse Ruben, Zach Altman, Nathan Tysen, Kayla Carlyle and a special appearance by Miranda Sings. Music Direction by Brent Crayon leading the Upright Cabaret band.

Broadway Rocks for Kids, a one-night-only event to benefit arts education programming for children of the Northeast, is set for Monday, September 19, at Drom in the East Village. This original musical for Broadway's next generation ran through August 28, 2011 at The Norma Terris Theatre in Chester, Conn., Goodspeed's home for developing new works.
