The place of remembrance and reflection is dedicated to honoring a world touched by the tragic events of September 11, 2001. Bloomberg, who is chairman of the museum and spent eight years spearheading the project, will give Lauer a tour of the memorial museum that holds an unprecedented collection of over 20,000 photographs, 500 hours of footage and thousands of artifacts and interviews.
