Patty Jenkins and Antoine Fuqua Join Lexus Short Films Season 4 Selection Committee

After an exciting launch in June at Tokyo Short Shorts for Season 4 of Lexus Short Films, Lexus International and The Weinstein Company have now announced Patty Jenkins, best known for directing Warner Bros. and DC Comics Wonder Woman and her debut feature Monster, and Antoine Fuqua, best known for directing the films The Magnificent Seven, The Equalizer and Training Day, to join Taylor Sheridan for the film program's selection committee.

Wesleyan University has announced the distinguished members of its inaugural Hamilton Prize Selection Committee. The all-star committee, made up of Wesleyan alumni, will choose the first-ever recipient of the university's newly established Wesleyan University Hamilton Prize for Creativity-a four-year full-tuition scholarship that will be awarded to the incoming Wesleyan student of the Class of 2021 whose creative written work is judged to best reflect the originality, artistry and dynamism embodied in Hamilton: An American Musical.

The Dan Schay New Works Festival comes to a close this weekend. The festival was renamed in honor of Dan and his dedication to providing new experiences for playwrights, actors and our community. The Dan Schay New Works Festival is a platform for artists to launch their new works. Each work is performed as a staged reading. Tonight, the twelfth annual Time 100 gala celebrating Time's annual list of the world's most influential people takes place, Tuesday, April 26 at Frederick P. Rose Hall, home of Jazz at Lincoln Center in New York City. The event will feature performances by Nicki Minaj and Ariana Grande, honorary tributes from members of this year's list and remarks from Time Inc.
