Pioneer Theatre Company Announces 2018-2019 Season

An award-winning season including five Tony Award winners with over 100 nominations among them; a Grammy for Best Musical Theatre Album and the 2017 Pulitzer Prize for Drama Salt Lake City -- Pioneer Theatre Company's 2018-2019 season will open with the Regional Premiere of Oslo by J. T. Rogers, winner of the 2017 Tony Award for Best Play and the 2017 Obie Award for Best New American Theatre Work.

Performances begin tonight, Tuesday, March 13, for the Chicago World premiere engagement of the Broadway-bound PRETTY WOMAN: THE MUSICAL. PRETTY WOMAN: THE MUSICAL will play a strictly limited 5-week engagement at Broadway In Chicago's Oriental Theatre (24 West Randolph Street, Chicago, IL) and will begin performances on Broadway on Friday, July 20, 2018, at The Nederlander Theatre (208 West 41st Street), with an official opening night of Thursday, August 16, 2018.

A spirited audience of thousands went back to campus with stripped-down collegians who offered a sexy lacrosse scrimmage, a Pavlovian psychology experiment, a pumped-up pep rally and a fierce feminist studies class at Broadway Bares: Strip U, this year's edition of the annual highly choreographed, highly produced striptease spectacular. Produced by and benefiting Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS, Broadway Bares: Strip U raised $1,568,114 in two performances on June 18, 2017, at New York City's Hammerstein Ballroom.

Broadway at W Times Square continues to wow audiences and hotel guests with their new, hit concert series featuring Broadway cast members and their respective shows accompanied by acoustic guitar and cajon. On Sunday, March 19th, cast members from the Disney staple THE LION KING shared their amazing talents in the raw, up-close and intimate setting of W Times Square Hotel.
