Artist Take Action! is a not-for-profit organization created by artists, for artists, to benefit arts education in inner-city public schools. Their mission: to support, encourage and enrich positive thinking in the arts and its future. The Artists Take Action! Benefit Concert will feature an extraordinary night of diverse musical performances by some of New York's best. Artists scheduled to perform include accomplished New York based rockers, Ryness; pop-mod-rock band, The Academics; singer/songwriter, Alex Brumel; spoken word and hip-hop artist, Matt Sax; singer/songwriter, Maddy Wyatt and the electronic sounds of DJ Kyle Sullivan, amongst others.
