South African actor Anthony Downing, who currently plays Viscount Raoul de Chagny in the international touring production of Andrew Lloyd Webber's 'The Phantom of the Opera' (POTO), received his BroadwayWorld.com (Philippines) Award for Best Featured Actor in a Musical May 18 at Parkview Restaurant, The Imperial Queen's Park Hotel in Bangkok, where POTO is now playing.

Jackson Hole travelers can supplement always popular bison viewing in Yellowstone National Park this summer with a rare chance to see what the herds looked like in the early 19th century thanks to a special May - August exhibition opening at the National Museum of Wildlife Art. Taking a fresh look at the famous works of 19th-century painter George Catlin through the lens of his representation of buffalo and their integration into the lives of Native Americans, the new exhibition, 'George Catlin's American Buffalo,' will debut at the museum in Jackson Hole, Wyo., today, May 18, 2013.

A carnival midway of magic, mischief and theatrical thrills! Amanda Dehnert, celebrated throughout the American theatre for re-imagining classics, has added a multitude of visual delights and fantastical illusions to the original charm and beautiful ballads (like the haunting "Try to Remember") of The Fantasticks. When two scheming fathers conspire with the mysterious El Gallo to keep their daughter and son apart (to be sure they'll fall in love!) the dewy-eyed lovers venture into the real world. But as fantasy turns to reality, El Gallo is there to remind them that "without the hurt, the heart is hollow" in one of the most popular musicals of all time, which the Washington Postcalls, "Fresh and alive again."
