Much-lauded cabaret singer Susanne Mack will play her 2021 show FRAGMENTS for one final encore.

Diva, the latest offering from LSPR Teatro, premiered on December 10, 2021 at Cinépolis Plaza Semanggi. It was a momentous production for the theater club, being both their first original musical and their first cinematic show. Though not without obvious shortcomings, the tragic showbiz cautionary tale was nevertheless both enjoyable and impressive.

Tacoma Little Theatre in partnership with University of Washington-Tacoma and Toy Boat Theatre, present The Happiest Song Plays Last, by Quiara Alegría Hudes, and directed by Marilyn Bennett.  

Artists appearing at Birdland Jazz Club include Jane Monheit, Meg Okura Pan Asian Jazz Ensemble, Bill Charlap Trio and Solo and Andy Farber Big Band. 

Returning to the venue after a successful show earlier this year, Tirado will again present a passionate and dynamic evening of traditional Flamenco music and dance through a contemporary lens, melding improvisation, emotion, “duende,” singing, and guitar playing. 

'Marilyn Maye: 94, Of Course There's More!' at Feinstein's/54 Below in NYC. Marilyn Maye celebrated her 94th birthday with a run of 10 shows in the NYC Nightclub. Featuring songs from the Great American Songbook and from the Broadway stage, Marilyn brought her special brand of energetic positivity to the Manhattan crowd and shows no signs of slowing down!

The Shaw Festival’s 60th season will continue with performances of the romantic musical comedy Damn Yankees, psychological thriller Gaslight and surreal tour de force Too True to Be Good. All three shows will begin welcoming audiences to preview performances in the coming days and weeks.

The classic comedy Some Like It Hot will begin performances on Broadway this fall! It was announced today that the new musical will begin performances on Tuesday, November 1 and officially open Sunday, December 11 at  the Shubert Theatre (225 West 44th Street).  Find out who's in the cast and on the creative team!

Peacock has released the official trailer for Angeline, the new limited series based on the LA icon, starring Emmy Rossum in the title role. The series also stars Martin Freeman, Alex Karpovsky, Hamish Linklater, Charlie Rowe, Lukas Gage, Michael Angarano, Molly Ephraim, Philip Ettinger, Antjuan Tobias, Tonatiuh and David Krumholtz. 

Manhattan Theatre Club's Broadway premiere of the Pulitzer Prize-winning How I Learned to Drive opens tonight, Tuesday, April 19, at the Samuel J. Friedman Theatre. A series of talks have been announced for How I Learned to Drive as a part of the company's Beyond the Stage program.

The critically acclaimed songstress and recording artist Marieann Meringolo will be joined by her longtime Musical  Director of 22 years, Doyle Newmyer. This concert marks Ms. Meringolo’s Los Angeles debut and  is the third stop on her international Spring 2022 Tour, which was put on hold in 2020 due to the pandemic. The Eugene O'Neill Theater Center is now accepting applications for the Cabaret & Performance Conference Fellows Program. The professional program, helmed by Artistic Director John McDaniel, will take place August 10-20, 2022 on the O'Neill's seaside campus.
