Kungliga Operan presents LUNCHA WITH OPERAN, an atmospheric lunch concert live at the Royal Hovkapel.

The University of Chicago Presents is offering a recital of German lieder and sentimental song from English tenor Ian Bostridge and pianist Imogen Cooper. The duo will perform a selection of vocal works by Ludwig van Beethoven that offer a glimpse at the composer's romantic side, as well as Robert Schumann's Liederkreis, Op. 39.

Music director Leon Botstein leads The Orchestra Now in two spring concerts livestreamed FREE from the Fisher Center at Bard on April 10 and May 1, an exciting return to performing symphonic works with a larger orchestra on stage. The April 10 program features Tania León’s Pulitzer Prize-nominated work Ácana, alongside music by Bernstein, Stravinsky, and Mendelssohn. The May 1 performance is the first concert of a belated two-part tribute to Beethoven’s 250th birthday. The second part will be performed by the Bard Conservatory Orchestra on May 8.

While the Jack Singer Concert Hall has been closed in recent weeks, Calgary Philharmonic musicians have been recording solos and duets at some of the city's iconic downtown buildings for three special City Spaces concerts starting Saturday, March 20.

The Orlando Philharmonic Orchestra will present Grammy award-winning American composer Eric Whitacre’s symphonic work Deep Field on Saturday, March 20 at 7:30 p.m. This concert, part of the FAIRWINDS Classics Series, will take place at Calvary Orlando in Winter Park– the location of previous FAIRWINDS Classics Series concerts this Season.

For the first time since March 2020, the internationally acclaimed Opera Ballet Vlaanderen Symphony Orchestra and the Opera Ballet Vlaanderen Chorus will once again perform together for a festive concert. They will offer an evening dedicated to liberation and to chasing away the darkness.

The National Academic Bolshoi Opera and Ballet Theater of Belarus will host a concert starring Oksana Volkova, Nadine Koutcher and Pavel Petrov. The concert takes place on 29 December.

Los Angeles Opera has a number of excellent recitals on its website including one by baritone Craig Colclough in which he sings the Shakespeare monologues from Otello and Macbeth that Verdi set to music. Together with pianist Jeremy Frank, Colclough presents a program that also includes works by Beethoven, Wagner, Porter, and Vaughan Williams.
