The 2018 Jimmy® Awards took place on Monday, June 25, 2018 at 7:30pm at the Minskoff Theatre on Broadway. Laura Benanti hosted.

REPRISE 2.0 (led by Producing Artistic Director Marcia Seligson), in association with the UCLA School of Theater, Film and Television's Department of Theater (UCLA TFT) chaired by Brian Kite, presents its inaugural production of Sweet Charity.  Directed and choreographed by Kathleen Marshall with musical direction by Gerald Sternbach, the classic Broadway hit plays through July 1 at UCLA's Freud Playhouse. Bay Street Theater & Sag Harbor Center for the Arts is pleased to announce Jackie Hoffman: From Broadway to Bay Street Monday, July 2 at 8 pm as the first concert of the Music Mondays concert series on. Birdland Jazz Club will present New York, Old Friend-The Songs of Ken Laub, a celebration of the sights, scenes and relationships in New York City, for one night only as part of the "Broadway at Birdland" concert series, on Monday, June 25, 2018 @7pm.

Life on a Palette, a new musical based on Norman Rockwell's covers for the Saturday Evening Post, will present excerpts at Knesset Israel in Pittsfield, MA on Monday, June 25 at its annual gala fundraiser. Rockwell features book and lyrics by Eleanor Albano and Anthony Barnao, and music by Ron Abel.

The Broadway League has announced that the 10th annual Jimmy® Awards ceremony will be streamed Live in its entirety on Facebook. The Jimmy Awards will take place on Monday, June 25th at 7:30PM ET at the Minskoff Theatre, 200 West 45th Street in Manhattan, and will be hosted by Tony Award Winner® Laura Benanti. LUCIE ARNAZ AWARD WINNERS Garrett Hoy from Rancho Mirage High School and Marisa Moenho of Murrieta Valley High School will be among the eight talented young performers from across the nation competing for the honor of Best High School Actor and Actress in America.

On Sunday, May 20, at The Annenberg Theatre in Palm Springs Marisa Moehno of Murrietta Valley High School and Garrett Hoy of Musical Theatre University were named the LucieA Award Winners for Outstanding Actress and Actor, respectively, at the Lucie Arnaz Awards for High School Musical Theatre. The Lucie Arnaz Awards were created and founded by David Green, who's Broadway alumni include Tony nominees Stephanie Block, Susan Egan, Lindsay Mendez and Matthew Morrison, to name a few, in collaboration with Ms Arnaz in an effort to support, sustain, grow and inspire quality performing arts experiences for young people in The Inland Empire.

Dennis Grimaldi will present Tony®Award-winner Len Cariou (Sweeney Todd) in two staged readings ofHarry Townsend's Last Stand, a new play by George Eastman.  Directed by two-time Emmy®Award-winner Peter Scolari (Wicked) and featuring Warren Bub ('Gotham'), the readings will be held on Monday, May 21 and Tuesday, May 22 at 3pm at Nola Studios (250 West 54th Street - 10th Floor/Studio 1).

It was January 25 2011 and Raissa Katona Bennett brought her new show, exploring the music of Jerome Kern to Feinstein's at The Regency Hotel. It got rave reviews from the critics at that time. Amazingly looking and sounding even better, Raissa returned to the cabaret stage last night at The Laurie Beechman Theatre's West Bank Cafe' and Broadwayworld was there. Check out the photos.

FEINSTEIN'S/54 BELOW, Broadway's Supper Club, presents Sharone Sayegh and Raymond J. Lee in "Project Broadway: The Unconventional Materials Challenge" on Thursday, July 26, 2018 at 9:30pm. Sharone and Ray met dancing in wet suits and spandex sparkles in the Broadway production of Mamma Mia! and are excited to team up for their first duo show at Feinstein's/54 Below. Taking a cue from "Project Runway," Sharone and Ray will present an evening of Unconventional Materials as they tackle nontraditional casting roles and partner up on a few exciting pop selections, with musical direction by Steven Jamail.
