Richard Skipper is kicking off a yearlong celebration of the 50th anniversary of HELLO, DOLLY! with members of the original Broadway cast!

Joey Contreras, Bobby Cronin, Jonathan Reid Gealt, McGuire & Simo, Michael Mott, Drew Overcash, Zoe Sarnak, and Brad Simmons will star in INSPIRED 3: A Benefit Concert for A PLACE TO BARK (TN) & SECOND CHANCE RESCUE NYC, on Sunday, January 26 at 7pm at Stage 72, NYC. MAC & Bistro Award-winning vocalist MARTA SANDERS will return to the Laurie Beechman Theatre with a special Valentine show for two performances, Saturday, February 15 at 7pm & Sunday, February 16 at 1pm. She will be accompanied by Musical Director John McMahon on the piano. This show is staged & directed by Debra Zalkind.

Tony Award Winner Beth Leavel (Drowsy Chaperone; Baby It's You) will be performing in a benefit concert along with other Broadway performers Sunday, at the Laurie Beechman Theater, 407 West 42nd Street on Sunday, January 26 at 7:00 p.m. Doors open at 6:00 p.m. for dinner and drinks.

54 BELOW, Broadway's Supper Club, presents Kevin Dozier in "It's About Time" on January 22, 2014. MAC and Backstage Bistro Award-winning vocalist, Kevin Dozier, makes his 54 Below debut, on his 50th birthday. Featuring standards, Broadway, jazz, and pop songs from Kevin's studio recordings, 'Love-Wise' and 'Love's Never Lost', as well as new arrangements set for Kevin by the incomparable Marilyn Maye, You will be taken on a journey exploring love and the passage of time. One of those romantic outings that might in an earlier time have been described as songs for swinging lovers.'

Eric Michael Gillett will bring BECAUSE YOU LOVED ME to the Laurie Beechman Theater on Valentine's Day, Friday, February 14 at 7 PM.

Just in time to break all her New Year's resolutions, belter and bad decision expert Tori Scott returns to Joe's Pub February 6th at 9:30 p.m. with her solo show Tori Scott: I'll Regret This Tomorrow, an evening of brassy songs and slurred autobiographical stories. This salute to a glittering array of poor life choices, past and present, will feature Scott's signature performances of hits by Dolly Parton, Michael Jackson, Florence and the Machine and more.

Pace University's Pace New Musicals (PNM) program (est. 2007 by Program Head Amy Rogers), dedicated to the discovery of new theater works, and Ryan Scott Oliver, composer- lyricist and producer, will present a staged reading of Little Miss Fix-It (book and lyrics by Kirsten A. Guenther and music by Joy Son) on January 23-27, 2014.

Tony Award nominee Montego Glover and more are set to star in Renegade: A Florida State University Alumni Concert to be presented at The Laurie Beechman Theatre January 13th at 7:00pm and 9:30pm.

54 BELOW, Broadway's Supper Club, presents Travis Moser in This Can't Be Love: The Songs of Rodgers and Hart tonight, January 8th at 7pm.

Scott Siegel's Broadway Ballyhoo, which features an entirely different show with different stars every week, starts the new year with a particularly noteworthy Broadway cast. The long-running musical revue series, which will return to the Laurie Beechman Theatre to begin its second year this Wednesday night, is delighted to present Broadway star JANA ROBBINS who appeared on Broadway in Gypsy and a slew of other shows. She now wears two hats; Broadway producer and musical theater star. She will be joined by another Broadway star who made her debut on the great white way as Christine in The Phantom of the Opera. Also in the cast, the highly regarded, award-winning jazz singer, Laurie Krauz, plus Broadway Rising Star, Justin Talkington who made such a strong impression the last time he performed at the Ballyhoo!

It's finally official. After more than a month of voting--following a month-long nomination process--approximately 7,000 voters have selected the winners of the BroadwayWorld.com New York Cabaret Awards for 2013. Self-proclaimed cabaret “Diva” Ann Hampton Callaway and her Broadway baby sister Liz Callaway are either the principals or connected to four awards out of this year's 18 categories, including “Best Duo or Group Show” for the return after 18 years of their critically-acclaimed sister act Sibling Revelry, and “Best Tribute Show” to Ann for her exciting homage to Sarah Vaughan, From Sassy to Divine. Ann's musicians for her Sarah Vaughan show at Dizzy's Jazz Club at Lincoln Center took the Award for “Best Band or Orchestra,” and Alex Rybeck received the most votes as “Best Musical Director” for Sibling Revelry, which was staged in August at 54 Below.

This week's featured composers are Eli Bolin and Sam Forman whose song 'The Way You Move' from their new musical VOLLEYGIRLS, was performed by original cast member Allison Posner and producer Monica Raymund at at the Laurie Beechman Theater.

Produced and created by Bobby Cronin, INSPIRED is a benefit concert series for animal rescue organizations across the country that will play every other month, with a rotating line-up of some of today's exciting musical theatre writers in a casual and intimate setting as they sit behind the piano and, unlike traditional concerts of their material, perform songs by other writers that have inspired their work. The INSPIRED series hopes to spread the word about the 2.7 million adoptable animals that are euthanized each year in America.

This Can't Be Love: The Songs of Rodgers and Hart celebrates one of the most prolific and legendary songwriting duos of all time. Travis Moser takes the audience on a journey through the Rodgers and Hart songbook, while offering backstage and personal stories about the songs and the shows from which they came. This Can't Be Love features new arrangements of some of Rodgers and Hart's most beloved songs by musical director Steven Silverstein. Travis is excited to share the stage with special guest Samantha Shafer from Broadway's West Side Story, South Pacific, Women on the Verge of a Nervous Breakdown and the upcoming Rocky. Selections include "This Can't Be Love," Nobody's Heart (Belongs to Me)," "Manhattan,' 'My Funny Valentine' and many more.
