On the heels of their one-year wedding anniversary, distinguished entertainers Christine Reisner-Rebic (an international cabaret chanteuse and dancer) and Don Rebic (Broadway and cabaret musical director and composer) will join forces for the New York City debut of their first full-length cabaret act as a duo. 'Look Who's in Love' features their original songs as well as songs by veteran Broadway composer Albert Hague (Christine's uncle) and timeless jazzy standards by Irving Berlin, Jule Styne, Jimmy Van Heusen, Betty Comden and Adolph Green. The show is directed by Michael Bush.

This week at Joe's Pub at the Public Theater, February 3 through 12th, will feature Tony Trischka, The Civilians, Akiko Yano Trio, Benjamin Walker, Dirty Bourbon River Show, Champagne Jerry, The Losers Lounge, Tori Scott, Gina Breedlove, Alexander Zhurbin, Venus & Adonis, Ari Gold and CMA Songwriters Series. Scott Siegel's Broadway Ballyhoo, which features an entirely different show with different stars every week. The long-running musical revue series, now in its 8th month at the Laurie Beechman Theatre, is delighted to present Broadway star JOHN BOLTON, who portrayed 'The Old Man' in the holiday hit A Christmas Story on Broadway -- for which he received a Drama Desk Nomination. He will be joined by the popular nightclub entertainers, THE NUNZIATA BROTHERS. Also in the cast, Broadway Rising Star CARLTON TERRENCE TAYLOR -- and MORE!

EMG Collective/Singers Forum presents two separate shows of SHOWSTOPPERS: UPTUNE & A BALLAD on Feb. 3 and 10 at 7 p.m. at the Laurie Beechman Theatre. Not all performers appear on both nights.

Just in time to break all her New Year's resolutions, belter and bad decision expert Tori Scott returns to Joe's Pub February 6th at 9:30 p.m. with her solo show Tori Scott: I'll Regret This Tomorrow, an evening of brassy songs and slurred autobiographical stories. This salute to a glittering array of poor life choices, past and present, will feature Scott's signature performances of hits by Dolly Parton, Michael Jackson, Florence and the Machine and more.

Performances of Off-Broadway's tastiest new musical The Chocolate Show! begin Saturday, February 1 at 8pm with an official opening set for Valentine's Day, February 14 at 7pm at the 47th Street Theatre, 304 West 47th Street between 8th and 9th Avenues. The Chocolate Show! is written by Alan Golub (book, music and lyrics) & Laura Goldfader (book and music), with direction by Dan Foster, choreography by Grady McLeod Bowman and under the music direction of Jeffrey Klitz. He returns to 54 Below for David Alan Thornton Vs. the Bunny Suicides- an evening of fun, feelings, fruity love stories, robots with identity crises, determined hippopotamuses (yes, it's the correct plural), and BUNNY SUICIDES! With the cooperation of internationally-renowned comic-book artist Andy Riley and featuring an all-star cast, the night and the music are sure to make you laugh, sigh, snort, cry, and feel darn good.

Soap and Broadway star KEVIN SPIRTAS is a Ballyhoo favorite and he returns tonight alongside LIAM FORDE who will make his Ballyhoo debut this evening after having won a Nightlife Award for Outstanding Cabaret Male Vocalist just this past Monday night at Town Hall. .

Lauren Fox, one of the more multifaceted and ambitious young stars of the New York cabaret scene, seems intent on redefining what is already a pretty open-ended art form. The recent run of her new duo show at Stage 72 with bass player Ritt Henn, Ghosts of Love: Songs from the Reel World of David Lynch (January 9, 18, 23, and 24) was the most recent example of Ms. Fox's unconventional approach to a 70-80 minute nightclub show and the result was operatic film noir--cabaret style.

54 BELOW, Broadway's Supper Club, presents Kevin Dozier in 'It's About Time' tonight, January 22, 2014. MAC and Backstage Bistro Award-winning vocalist, Kevin Dozier, makes his 54 Below debut, on his 50th birthday.

The Tony Award-winning actor-singer-dancer Ben Vereen, who has appeared in numerous shows on Broadway and in his own one-man shows around the country, will be honored, along with 17 others, at the 29th Annual Bistro Awards gala, which recognizes outstanding achievement in New York cabaret, jazz, and comedy. The celebration will take place on Tuesday, March 4 at Gotham Comedy Club, 208 W. 23rd St. (between 7th & 8th avenues).

Peggy Herman just brought 'Herman on Herman,' her tribute to Broadway legend Jerry Herman, to the Laurie Beechman Theatre. The concert featured many of the songs from the show's premiere in May of 2011, plus additional material that was added to the project in the intervening months.
