The season 2 finale of Disney Channel's 'Andi Mack' (Monday, 8/13/18) is cable's No. 1 series telecast for the month of August to date in Tweens 9-14 (464,000/1.9 rating) and the No. 1 live-action series telecast in Kids 6-11 (514,000/2.1 rating).

In its 8:00 p.m. half-hour, Disney Channel's 'Andi Mack' ranked as Monday's No. 1 series on cable TV among Kids 6-11 (555,000/2.3 rating) and Tweens 9-14 (531,000/2.2 rating).

The 4th Annual Asian World Film Festival (AWFF) will once again be held in Culver City, with opening night scheduled for Wednesday, October 24, 2018 and closing night Thursday, November 1, it was announced today by the film festival's Executive Director, Georges N. Chamchoum. This year's theme will focus on the female empowerment.

The world premiere of 'Soft Power' by David Henry Hwang (play and lyrics) and Jeanine Tesori (music and additional lyrics) will open at the Ahmanson Theatre on Wednesday, May 16. The hit series 'Andi Mack' has been renewed for a third season, it was announced today by Gary Marsh, president and chief creative officer, Disney Channels Worldwide.  The cast – Peyton Elizabeth Lee, Lilan Bowden, Joshua Rush, Sofia Wylie and Asher Angel – got the news while on ABC's 'Good Morning America' today.  The series is lauded as a heartwarming, diverse coming-of-age story about the most important things in any young person's life — family and friends, and the journey of self-discovery. It will resume filming soon in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Ratings for the second season premiere of Disney Channel's hit series ANDI MACK (Friday, October 27, 8:00 9:00 p.m.) surged up to 72% over the series launch (April 7) and delivered its #2 telecast to date in Total Viewers (2.1 million), Kids 6-14 (1.1 million/3.1 rating) and Adults 18-49 (502,000/0.4 rating), in Live + 3 day national ratings made available today.
