MAMMA MIA!, the global smash hit musical based on the songs of ABBA, will transfer from the Winter Garden Theatre to the Broadhurst Theatre this fall. BroadwayWorld has conformed that the show will play its final performance at the Winter Garden on October 19. Peformances will begin at the Broadhurst on November 2.

CAROLS FOR A CURE is the annual two-disc holiday CD compilation of original songs and holiday classics which benefits BC/EFA. These CDs boast the best voices from the worlds of Broadway, Off-Broadway and national tours. A full track list for this year's 14th edition has not yet been announced, but the cast of Broadway's MAMMA MIA! was already hard a work yesterday recording their track for the album. United Airlines' Taste of Broadway concert took place in lower Manhattan on this afternoon, August 23rd at at the World Financial Center Plaza (220 Vesey Street between North End Ave. and West St.) The free outdoor concert was hosted by 2012 Tony Award® winners Judy Kaye and Michael McGrath, who are currently performing in Nice Work If You Can Get It, and featured performances from the casts of: CHICAGO, MAMMA MIA!, NICE WORK IF YOU CAN GET IT, ROCK OF AGES, and THE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA.

Inside Broadway is partnering with the hit, long-running production of Mamma Mia! to offer two exclusive and free 'Creating the Magic' workshops on Thursday, June 14th at the Winter Garden Theatre. Cast members Judy McLane, Aaron Lazar, Lauren Cohn, Jennifer Noth, Timothy Booth, Zak Resnick and Christy Altomare will all be taking part in the workshops.
