Premium network EPIX will premiere the new Coldplay tour film Live 2012 as an EPIX Original Concert Event in the U.S. on November 17th, followed by the release of the tour film for purchase on November 20th.
GHOST's Australia Run Delayed Due to Poor Ticket Sales

According to the Herald Sun, GHOST, which was to make its Australian premiere at Her Majesty's Theatre in August 2013, has been postponed due to poor advance sales. Producer Louise Withers told HS: 'It's always disappointing when there is a postponement like this but it's a very complicated business. Initially we thought we would be able to use the UK set but it will take too long to transport it in Australia where the market has to be reduced, based on the shorter seasons the show has had in the UK and the US.'

Ghost The Musical will play its final performance on Broadway tonight, August 18th at 8pm, after 39 previews and 136 regular performances. Ghost The Musical opened on April 23, 2012, at Broadway's Lunt-Fontanne Theatre, having begun previews on March 15th. Saturday, August 18th is the last chance to see Ghost The Musical. As a special thank you to fans, producers announced today that all 24 lottery tickets located in the first and second rows of the Orchestra will be complimentary for the final performance on Broadway.

New York City Dance Alliance National Season Finale Set for 6/28-7/5

This summer, from June 28th-July 5th at the Sheraton NY just north of Times Square, 1,500 student dancers from across the United States (ages 7-18) will attend the New York City Dance Alliance National Season Finale which last year awarded a grand total of $2.9 million in college scholarships. Several past student participants have gone on to perform on Broadway and be principal dancers at some of the country's most respected dance companies. Past participants have also been winners of the hit TV show So You Think You Can Dance and also appear as the pros on Dancing with the Stars.
