James Corden is celebrating the imminent departure of the Trump administration with a Les Miserables parody!

Broadway Records announced today the release of the Grammy Award-winning recording of THE COLOR PURPLE as a double record set printed on purple vinyl. It will be available on February 5, 2021.

Oscar-winning writer Aaron Sorkin and Tony-winning director Bartlett Sher, along with cast members from the beloved television series “The West Wing” and the Broadway company of Sorkin's adaptation of To Kill A Mockingbird (directed by Sher), will host Broadway for Biden's election eve phone banking event on Monday, November 2 from 7:00-9:00pm EST.

When Aaron Sorkin's To Kill A Mockingbird became the first ever Broadway play to perform at Madison Square Garden on Wednesday, the sheer magnitude of the surroundings and the unbridled energy that comes from 18,000 kids sharing a space made it impossible to forget for even a second that history was unfolding in front of your eyes.

With the extraordinary support of James L. Dolan, executive chairman and CEO of The Madison Square Garden Company, this unprecedented, single-performance event was entirely free to students of New York City Department of Education public middle and high schools from all five boroughs.

The complete Broadway cast has been announced for the second year of To Kill a Mockingbird, Aaron Sorkin's new play, directed by Bartlett Sher and based on Harper Lee's classic novel.

BroadwayWorld has just confirmed that Kyle Scatliffe will join the Broadway cast of Hamilton tonight, September 3rd through September 26th. He stars as Marquis de Lafayette/Thomas Jefferson, roles he previously played on tour.

Memphis has its eyes on Hamilton as the second national touring cast plays Orpheum Theatre July 9-28.
