Third Rail Projects' award-winning THEN SHE FELL, currently in its seventh year, will celebrate its 4,000th performance on July 5, 2019.  This immersive theater event is inspired by the life and writings of Lewis Carroll (Alice's Adventures in Wonderland). THEN SHE FELL takes place at The Kingsland Ward at St. Johns, a century-old institutional building in Williamsburg, Brooklyn where the action plays out on 3 floors. Green Space has announced a diverse roster of artists for its signature programs this February. Take Root will present an evening of work by caitlin+dancers and Kristen Carcone, curated by Gierre Godley, on February 8th and 9th, and Fertile Ground showcases works-in-progress by multiple dance artists on February 10th.

Taking place in the compelling setting of the Small Arms Inspection Building, 4-7-8 explores the complexities and social stigma surrounding anxiety while creating a space for conversation between performers and audience members about mental health. Two-time Tony award nominee John Carrafa, Kristen Carcone, and Helen Simoneau have each received creation grants to experiment with the development of new work. The Cycle will run June 4-29.

TOES (The Outreach and Exchange Strategy) FOR DANCE will present two innovative contemporary dance productions; first the Mixed-Program; entrances and exits: an evening of short contemporary dances and excerpts in November (14-15 at the Betty Oliphant Theatre), followed by a Festival of full-length works in December (11-13 at the Aki Studio in the Daniels Spectrum), both showcasing local and international artists.

October 27, 2014: knees and toes/NYs and TOs Edition 2014, presented by TOES for dance in collaboration with presenting sponsor mindyourmind*, will showcase a mixed program of contemporary dance by established and new generation choreographers from around the world, under the direction of David Norsworthy and Kristen Carcone. TOES for dance kickstarted the season on October 4th with, for the second year in a row, a sold out showing in New York City. The Ontario Touring Production begins November 8th and runs until November 16th with shows in Mississauga, Waterloo, Vaughan and Toronto, and features dance artists from New York City and Toronto.
