New York Classical Theatre and Cincinnati Shakespeare Company will present the Off-Broadway premiere of the new play The Rewards of Being Frank, written by Alice Scovell and directed by New York Classical’s Stephen Burdman.

The Infernal Company, LLC will present two private industry readings (by invitation only) of Infernal: The Musical, based on Dante’s Inferno, with book and lyrics by Misha Mullany.

Amas Musical Theatre in association with Jim Kierstead and Broadway Factor, will present a two-week developmental lab of The Gospel According to Heather,  a new musical with a book, music and lyrics by Paul Gordon at the Alice Griffin Jewel Box Theatre at The Pershing Square Signature Center. 59E59 Theaters is presenting New Golden Age by Karen Hartman, part of the inaugural VOLT Festival at 59E59. Presented by Primary Stages and directed by Jade King Carroll (Proof of Love), New Golden Age opened May 11 for a run through June 9, 2022.

Producers Douglas Denoff & Beth Goldsmith, and 59E59 Theaters (Val Day, Artistic Director; Brian Beirne, Managing Director) present the Directors Company’s production of The Lucky Star by Karen Hartman, directed by Noah Himmelstein (Rooted). The Lucky Star began previews on April 26, 2022 in Theater A and opened May 5 for a run through June 12, 2022.

Fellowship for Performing Arts announced today that the New York premiere of Paradise Lost will extend due to popular demand. Originally scheduled to conclude its run on Sunday, Feb. 23, 2020, Paradise Lost will now play an additional week, through Sunday, March 1, 2020.
