Mint Theater Kicks Off Silver Lining Streaming Series With DAYS TO COME

Mint Theater Company will kick off its Silver Lining Streaming Series today with the on-demand streaming of the HD recording of Days To Come by Lillian Hellman (The Little Foxes, Watch on the Rhine, Toys in the Attic, The Children's Hour), directed by J.R. Sullivan, beginning January 4th and continuing through February 21st.

Second Stage Theater has announced new Board of Trustees members Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa, Mia Campbell, Dre Taylor Lindsay, Alice Pacthod and John Sorkin. They join the board as the company celebrates its 42nd season, returning to stages in the spring of 2021.

BroadwayWorld has just learned that Second Stage Theater's planned production of Richard Greenberg's Tony Award-winning play, Take Me Out, which had been postponed due to the current Broadway suspension, will come to Broadway next year with performances beginning the week of March 22, 2021 at Second Stage's Hayes Theater (240 West 44th Street). Opening night is set for Thursday, April 22, 2021.

BroadwayWorld has just learned that the Second Stage Theater production of Richard Greenberg's Take Me Out, which was previously set to begin previews April 2, has pushed its start date by two weeks to April 14 due to the COVID-19. A change to opening night has not yet been announced.

GOODNIGHT NOBODY, a new play by Rachel Bonds, now running at McCarter, is set in a farmhouse in upstate New York. The house belongs to Mara, played by Emmy-Award winner Dana Delany. Much of the plot revolves around her adult son and his friends, whose lives and yearnings are woven into her own; to one she is a mother, but to the others she is their lover, or potential mentor in art or parenting.
