Trinity Rep once again works its Christmastime magic with an outstanding production of the Company's signature CHRISTMAS CAROL.

Trinity Rep announces its annual presentation of Charles Dickens' A Christmas Carol, as adapted by Adrian Hall and Richard Cumming, directed by Taibi Magar, and featuring resident acting company member Fred Sullivan, Jr. as Scrooge. Performances run tonight, November 8 through December 31.

Artistic Director Michael Halberstam and Executive Director Kathryn M. Lipuma announce an extension of the Midwest Premiere of Isaac's Eye by Lucas Hnath, directed by Artistic Director Michael Halberstam. The show, which began performances on September 2, will now play through December 21, 2014, at Books on Vernon, 664 Vernon Ave, Glencoe.

Steppenwolf Theatre Company hosts its first EXPLORE event of the season tonight, October 23 at 5:30pm prior to that evening's 7:30pm performance of The Night Alive. EXPLORE events invite audiences to further engage with the ideas and themes of the play through interactive and fun pre-show gatherings.

TUTA Theatre Chicago opens its 14th season with The Anyway Cabaret (an animal cabaret), a world premiere with live music, written and composed by Associate Member Martin Marion.

Directed by Austin Pendleton, the production will begin previews on Friday, January 16, 2015 and will officially open on Wednesday, February 11, 2015 at Second Stage Theatre's Tony Kiser Theatre (305 West 43rd street).
