Last night was the press night of the West End transfer of Jason Robert Brown's Drama Desk Award-winning musical THE LAST FIVE YEARS at the Garrick Theatre.

Joanne will be joining the previously announced, Cameron Blakely (Gomez Addams), Scott Paige (Uncle Fester), Kingsley Morton (Wednesday Addams), Grant McIntyre (Pugsley Addams), Valda Aviks (Grandma), and more!

Little Women, the musical based on the critically acclaimed 1868 novel of the same name by Louisa May Alcott, will begin performances at Park Theatre, London on 11 November 2021 for a limited season until 19 December and with an official opening night on 17 November.

This concert celebration of the Aria-ALP Chamber Musical Project will give audiences a chance to hear extracts from all of the longlisted shows and get to know a new generation of musical theatre artists.

Aria Entertainment and Music & Lyrics have announced the full cast of the UK and Ireland tour of THE ADDAMS FAMILY, A Musical Comedy. The Tour opens in Woking at New Victoria Theatre on 19 August 2021.

Elton John: It’s a Little Bit Funny stars Martin Kaye and his band, directed by Ben Stock, written by Chris Burgess, musical arrangements by Andy Collyer, production design by Ben M. Rogers, produced by Katy Lipson for Aria Entertainment.

Jason Robert Brown’s Drama Desk Award-winning musical, The Last Five Years, will now be opening at the larger Garrick Theatre for an extended limited season, previewing from 17 September, with an opening night on Thursday 23 September and now running until 17 October 2021.

From Jeff Whitty, the creator of Avenue Q, and the Scissor Sister's Jake Shears and John Garden comes ARMISTEAD MAUPIN'S TALES OF THE CITY, THE MUSICAL based on Armistead Maupin's landmark series of novels about San Francisco in the 70s. The presentation is celebrating the 10th anniversary of the premiere musical staging at San Francisco's American Conservatory Theater in 2011.

Based on a true story Jack was told whilst volunteering for Switchboard, the LGBTQ+ Listening Service, this new play pays tribute to a generation decimated by HIV and AIDs.

Following the UK Government shutdown of theatres in March 2020, the producers of THE ADDAMS FAMILY, A Musical Comedy, have rescheduled the new UK & Ireland Tour to dates in 2021.

Ben Forster will join the cast of the UK premiere of A Killer Party which will be released as a series of 9 episodes to watch on-demand, at home or on the go, bringing the very best of British stage and screen directly into your living room from 26 April – 23 May.

As an actor, Jack Holden has appared onstage in such hit plays as War Horse and Ink and has now written a new solo venture for himself to perform: Cruise, which tells of a young man called Michael who is diagnosed with HIV in 1984 and told he has four years to live at most. Directed by Bronagh Lagan, the play will reopen the Duchess Theatre, preceded by a streamed film version of the material online.

After a critically acclaimed run at Southwark Playhouse last year and a highly successful worldwide stream with stream.theatre, Jason Robert Brown's Drama Desk Award-winning musical, The Last Five Years, will play a limited season at the Vaudeville Theatre, previewing from 17 September, with an opening night on 23 September and running until 13 October 2021. 

Katy Lipson and Adam Lenson have come together to offer this previously announced commission for an original piece which they intend to be a yearly offering.  There were over 200 entries for this opportunity with each writing team submitting a pitch and a sample of previous work.

Southwark Playhouse has announced the world premiere of Philip Ridley's one-woman show Tarantula which will be streamed live from The Little on 30 April and 1 May 2021.

Elton John: It's A Little Bit Funny tells the incredible story of Elton John's rise and fall (and rise again) as one of the most successful singer/songwriters ever.

Aria Entertainment and Lambert Jackson have announced that the world premiere of CRUISE will open at the Duchess Theatre from 18 May – 13 June 2021. Written and performed by Jack Holden (War Horse, West End; Ink, Almeida Theatre), CRUISE is an urgent, moving and inspirational new play with live music and spoken word.
