Casting has been announced for a new UK and Ireland touring production of DIRTY DANCING. Lewis Griffiths (Jersey Boys, Ghost and Legally Blonde tours, Priscilla Queen of the Desert, Rent and Whistle Down the Wind in the West End) will star as Johnny Castle, while recent Central graduate Katie Hartland makes her professional musical theatre debut as Baby Houseman. Carlie Milner, who began as part of the Dirty Dancing ensemble in 2014 and subsequently took over the role of Penny, reprises her performance.

The best creative talents in theatre will create a multimedia spectacular in honour of the centenary of icon Frank Sinatra. Sinatra The Man & His Music at the London Palladium is the official celebration of Frank Sinatra's centenary year and opens on 10 July, marking 65 years to the day since Sinatra's first ever performance in the UK at the Palladium back in 1950.

Out of Joint has announced that Iain Gillie is to become the new Chairman of the acclaimed company, as they prepare to present an exciting and diverse brace of world premieres for the new year, under the artistic directorship of Max Stafford-Clark. Vicky Graham, whose recent productions include Breeders at the St. James Theatre, has joined the company as the new in-house producer.

Full casting is announced for Emlyn Williams' masterpiece Accolade directed by award-winning director Blanche McIntyre. Alexander Hanson and Abigail Cruttenden lead the company as Will and Rona Trenting, with Bruce Alexander (Daker), Sam Clemmett (Ian Trenting), Claire Cox (Marion Tillyard), Daniel Crossley (Albert), Olivia Darnley (Phyllis), Jay Taylor (Harold) and Jay Villiers (Thane Lampeter). Accolade - produced by Nicola Seed - is the final production in Stage One's One Stage season at the St James Theatre.

The exclusive U.S. engagement of 'The Last Confession,' a gripping new play of intrigue and mystery by Roger Crane, starring David Suchet, opened June 11 at the Center Theatre Group/Ahmanson Theatre. Directed by Jonathan Church, 'The Last Confession' began previews, June 7, 2014, continues through July 6. GAME OF THRONES actor Owen Teale will star in director Terry Hands' new production of UNDER MILK WOOD at Birmingham Repertory Theatre from June 2 to 7. The production marks the centenary of Dylan Thomas' birth, as well as the 60th anniversary since UNDER MILK WOOD was first produced in Britain, as a radio play by the BBC, in 1954. A cast of Welsh actors also includes TORCHWOOD actor Kai Owen and Steven Meo (THE FABULOUS BAKER BOYS).
