A Noise Within (ANW) presents A Raisin in the Sun by Lorraine Hansberry, directed by Gregg T. Daniel, the sixth production of its 26th season performing February 25 to April 8 (Press Opening March 3). On Thursday, October 26th at 6:30 pm, California Institute of Technology (CalTech) Professor Dr. Julia R. Greer brings A Noise Within a special symposium addressing the scientific aspects of The Madwoman of Chaillot.

A Noise Within (ANW) is excited to continue their Sunday Rush $25 tickets for the 2017-2018 season, starting with the October 22 at 7pm performance of The Madwoman of Chaillot by Jean Giraudoux and translated by Maurice Valency.

A Noise Within presents Impro Theatre's Dickens UnScripted for one night only, Wednesday, October 18 at 7:30pm. Using only their improv theatrical skills and a few props and costumes, Impro brings to life a wholly new evening of theatre inspired by Charles Dickens' works, for this one performance at ANW, directed by Brian Lohmann.

A Noise Within (ANW) presents the third production of its 26th season, Mrs. Warren's Profession by George Bernard Shaw, directed by Michael Michetti, performing October 8 through November 18, 2017 (Press Opening October 14). Judith Scott, known for her role as Claudia Crane on the current FX series Snowfall, makes her ANW debut as the titular Kitty Warren. A special Pay-What-You-Can performance has been announced for Thursday, October 12 at 7:30 pm.

A Noise Within produces a stunning, modernistic, most entertaining take on MAN OF LA MANCHA, the tale of Don Quixote and his man servant Sancho during the sixteenth century Spanish Inquisition. Co-Producing Artistic Director Julia Rodriguez-Elliott most skillfully directs her very talented cast of thirteen staging them in non-stop action.

If American Horror Story decided to do a season set in the time of ancient mythical English kings, you would get Julia Rodriguez-Elliott's King Lear. I highly recommend this eerie interpretation of one of Shakespeare's most produced works.

In 1991, against all naysayers, Geoff Elliott & Julia Rodriguez-Elliott started a resident theatre company in Los Angeles to perform - the classics. The married couple, together with fellow American Conservatory Theatre alumni Art Manke, inaugurated A Noise Within. Today the Elliotts run ANW as co-producing artistic directors.
