La Secretaría de Cultura del Gobierno de México, a través del Instituto Nacional de Bellas Artes y Literatura (Inbal), y el gobierno del estado de Tlaxcala, a través de la Secretaría de Cultura local, en coordinación con el gobierno de Puebla y la Fundación Desiderio Hernández Xochitiotzin, celebrarán el centenario del último gran muralista mexicano con una serie de actividades gratuitas para todo el público, atendiendo las medidas de prevención en el cuidado de la salud en las tres entidades participantes.
