The Detroit Repertory Theatre is pleased to announce the opening of its 63rd Season with an exciting new play by Michigan playwright Joseph Zettelmaier. Channel Cat opens on November 7, 2019 and will run until December 29, 2019. Channel Cat is the latest play written by the award winning Zettelmaier.

Roustabout Theatre Troupe has reached the end of their first full season, having put down stakes at the Ypsilanti Experimental Space for 2019. For their final offering, they'll be presenting Joseph Zettelmaier's Haunted: The Great Lakes Ghost Project. In 2017, Michigan playwright Joseph Zettelmaier began a journey across his home state. He set about to collect a wide variety of ghost stories, true otherworldly encounters by Michiganders from Milan to Marquette. From these stories came a devised theatrical piece, weaving tales of the supernatural with one person's journey to answer the question that has haunted so many of us throughout our livesa??Do you believe in ghosts?

The Detroit Repertory Theatre is excited to announce its 63rd Season - a season of world premiere productions. The four plays, written by three women and a Michigander, were selected from over 200 submissions to the Detroit Rep's New Playwrights' Program. All of the plays are timely, thoughtful and will resonate with audiences from all over southeast Michigan.

In June 2018, the Williamston Theatre received word that it was receiving the support from the Capital Region Community Foundation to fund the acquisition of LED theatrical lighting instruments.

The Williamston Theatre has been awarded a grant from the Ingham County Hotel/Motel Grant Fund through the Arts Council of Greater Lansing in support of its marketing initiatives to out-of-county residents.

The play runs December 6, 2018 - January 6, 2019. Press opening is December 8, 2018 at 3914 N Clark Street, Chicago, IL 60613 in the Alchemists' Lab space within Otherworld Theatre. The Winter Wolf was workshopped in 2017 as part of the Otherworld Theatre Reading Series, a monthly staged reading and talkback series. Fields is a recently named artistic associate at Otherworld and directed last season's world premiere production, Down the Rocky Road and All the Way to Bedlam.
