Composer/lyricist William Finn and the cast of The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee will turn out at Barnes & Noble Lincoln Square on August 3rd to perform songs from the show and sign CDs

The official news is out on what each show is performing on Sunday night.

The cast recording of The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee will be released on Ghostlight Records on May 31st

The Official Drama Desk Cocktail Reception honoring this year's nominees was held on May 3. The awards ceremony takes place on Sunday, May 22.

The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee opened at Broadway's Circle in the Square Theatre on Monday, May 2, 2005.

A limited number (20) of $25 lottery tickets will be offered at every performance.

Previews begin on Friday, April 15 at Broadway's Circle in the Square Theatre (50th St., between Broadway and 8th) for The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, the new musical with music and lyrics by William Finn, with a book by Rachel Sheinkin, conceived by Rebecca Feldman and directed by James Lapine.

Confirming the news broken by BroadwayWorld on February 19, the show will transfer in time for the Tonys.

The production, by William Finn and Rachel Sheinkin will move to Circle In The Square in time for Tony consideration.
