When the credits roll in the theater, a new adventure awaits at home—Blizzard Entertainment and Regal Entertainment Group today announced an epic promotion that gives moviegoers a chance to continue the journey they began in Legendary Pictures' Warcraft movie.

AMC Theatres (NYSE: AMC) and IMAX Corporation (NYSE: IMAX) are teaming up with Legendary and Universal to bring WARCRAFT to fans one day before the epic 3D adventure's official release.

Following Legendary's and Warner Bros. Pictures' 2014 success with the global reinvention of the Godzilla franchise, the companies have come together to create an epic, new shared cinematic franchise. All-powerful monsters become towering heroes for a new generation, revealing a mythology that brings together Godzilla and Legendary's King Kong in an ecosystem of other giant super-species, both classic and new. Monarch, the human organization that uncovered Godzilla in the 2014 film, will expand their mission across multiple releases.

Deadline reports that Legendary Pictures' Thomas Tull is moving his untitled SKULL ISLAND King Kong film to Warner Bros Pictures. This move will mean that King Kong will be united with Legendary's other famous monster Godzilla.

Michael Mann's Blackhat from Legendary Pictures and Universal Pictures Home Entertainment will be released on Digital HD and On Demand on May 5, 2015, and on Blu-ray TM and DVD on May 12, 2015. Blackhat tells the story of a brilliant black hat hacker currently in Federal prison who is released and recruited by Federal law enforcement to stop a dangerous, global criminal network. After unanticipated consequences and assaults, he and his Chinese partner, who have become lovers, will go up against an overwhelming threat on their own and isolated in Jakarta as he tries to make a play to have a future.

Principal photography is set to begin on Legendary Pictures' KRAMPUS, a horror-comedy feature film that reveals an irreverently twisted side to the Christmas holiday. This darkly festive tale of a yuletide ghoul is co-written and directed by Michael Dougherty and stars a stellar ensemble cast, who are supported by the Oscar-winning creature-effects wizardry of Weta Workshop and the Oscar-winning visual effects of Weta Digital. KRAMPUS will be released on December 4, 2015, by Universal Pictures.

Legendary's SKULL ISLAND has been retitled KONG: SKULL ISLAND and will move from November 4, 2016 to Friday, March 10, 2017. The film will be released in 3D and IMAX 3D by Universal Pictures.
