Count Dracula, the world's most famous vampire, returns to the New York stage in DRACULA by Hamilton Deane and John L. Balderston, based on the eponymous novel by Bram Stoker, began previews December 14, prior to its official press opening January 5 at the Little Shubert Theatre (442 West 42nd Street). Paul Alexander directs the new production.

Olympic gold-medalist Brian Boitano and musical guest Heart star in Musselman's Apple Sauce presents BRIAN BOITANO SKATING SPECTACULAR, a new theatrical figure skating event to be broadcast on NBC Sunday, December 26, 2010 from 4:00 - 6:00 PM ET / 1:00 - 3:00 PM PT. Special guest stars include three time National Champion and two time World Bronze Medalist Michael Weiss, as well as eight time British National Champion Steven Cousins, US Silver Medalist Ryan Bradley, World Champion Yuka Sato, two time World Professional Pairs Champions Elena Leonova & Andrei Khvalko, seven time British National Champions Sinead & John Kerr, and American Open Champion and specialty act Irina Grigorian & Mikhail Panin. The one-night-only gold medal spectacular will be taped on the Tyson Events Center in Sioux City, Iowa. Tickets for the one-night event are: $45, $35, and $22. Last night at the Waldorf-Astoria, Bette Midler hosted Hulaween 2010, her annual gala to benefit the New York Restoration Project. This year's event honored Senator John Kerry and featured a special performance by Paul Simon, a costume contest judged by Michael Kors and a live auction with Judy Gold. New York Restoration Project (NYRP) is a non-profit organization dedicated to reclaiming and restoring New York City parks, community gardens and open space. In partnership with the City of New York, NYRP is also leading MillionTreesNYC - an initiative to plant and care for one million new trees throughout New York City's five boroughs by 2017.
