TBS, in association with The New York Comedy Festival (NYCF), announces the 2017 lineup of programming occurring at the first-ever TBS Comedy HUB.

The popular stand-up comedy show, S.U.C.K. (Stand Up Comedy Klub), returns to The Mockingbird Bar in the East Village on Saturday, October 21 at 8:00 pm. The monthly show has been playing to packed houses for the past year and features comics from Gotham Comedy Club, Funny or Die, UCB, The Wild Project, Del Close Marathon, NY Sketchfest, and Joe's Pub.

Due to critical acclaim and popular demand, Playwrights Horizons has announced an extension of their world premiere production of The Treasurer, a new play by Max Posner (Judy).

Playwrights Horizons presents THE TREASURER, the world premiere of a new play by Max Posner (Judy) and directed by three-time Lortel Award winner David Cromer (The Band's Visit, Our Town, Adding Machine). Commissioned by Playwrights Horizons, the play will be the second production of the theater company's 2017/2018 Season.

Amazon Studios today announced COMRADE DETECTIVE, a new half-hour live action series that will premiere August 4 exclusively on Amazon Prime Video in the US, UK, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.

Leading the pack on Tuesday, Oct. 24 will be TBS's new scripted comedy The Last O.G, starring and created by superstar and multiple Emmy-nominee Tracy Morgan alongside creators and executive producers Jordan Peele and John Carcieri.

Dead Darlings is back this month on July 12 for Shame Edition at Judson Memorial Church. The show is free with a suggested donations. Hosted by Amanda Duarte (#Pussygrabsback) the show will be featuring Ashley Nicole Black, Kenny Mellman, and Adam Feldman. Show starts at 8pm, but get there early for tunes, snacks and booze at 7:30pm.

HBO has renewed ANIMALS. for a third season, it was announced today by Amy Gravitt, executive vice president, HBO Programming.

Powerhouse comedy trio POSTMEN brings their weekly sketch/improv show to Bushwick's Cobra Club every Friday at 7:30. Carmen Christopher (Comedy Central 'Comics to Watch'), Matt Barats (Just For Laughs New Faces), and Anthony Oberbeck (IFC, Comedy Central) perform their frenzied, physical, hyper-absurdist sketch and improv show, formerly a mainstay of the Annoyance Theatre, supported by some of New York's top comedians.
