THE WANDERER, written by Charles Messina, is a new musical based on the life of Rock and Roll Hall of Fame musician Dion DiMucci. The play chronicles Dion's life from his early years in The Bronx through his rise to fame and confronts Dion's struggles with his musical identity, his battle with drug addiction, his spiritual awakening and his place in Rock n' Roll history. To start, this article will probably not do this incredible production justice. The Engeman's latest, Jekyll & Hyde, The Musical is absolutely electrifying and the Broadway caliber cast is positively glorious. This is, without a doubt, a must see for the season. And by the reaction of the sold out audience on opening night, you may want to get your tickets quickly as this runs through April 30th.
