Ghostlight Records will release the original cast recording of the world premiere musical FIRST DAUGHTER SUITE, written by Michael John LaChiusa and directed by Kirsten Sanderson.

Sing Out, Louise! The original cast album of the new musical Allegiance, with music & lyrics by Jay Kuo, was recorded last month at MSR Studios and is available digitally today, January 29, 2016. 

In January 2016, the Dogs of Desire, the Albany Symphony's rock-inspired new music ensemble, and Music Director David Alan Miller will perform and record a concert of American composer David Mallamud's most successful commissions for the ensemble over the past ten years, including his homage to Parisian music hall culture, Last Call at the Folies Bergere, the Glam-Metal Opera, Lizardman, (text by Broadway lyricist Michael Cooper) Victorian Parlor Songs, a salsa-drenched Latin Daytime Soap Opera, (text by Aaron Jafferis), and an Irish-inspired piece Immram. Both the public concert and private recording session will take place at Skidmore College's Zankel Hall in Saratoga Springs, NY.

Sing Out, Louise! Productions and ATA have announced that the new American musical Allegiance has partnered with Omaze, the fundraising platform that gives you the opportunity to win once-in-a-lifetime experiences while donating to great causes. Productions and ATA have announced that the new musical Allegiance, with music & lyrics by Jay Kuo, will be preserved with an original cast album to be recorded on Monday, December 7, 2015 at MSR Studios.  The recording will be produced by Lynne Shankel & Joel Moss for Sing Out, Louise! Productions.  Principal Allegiance cast members Lea Salonga, George Takei, Telly Leung, Katie Rose Clarke and Michael K. Lee will be joined by the entire company for the studio session, which will include original recordings of tracks such as "Wishes on the Wind," "What Makes a Man," "With You," "Stronger Than Before," and Salonga's Act One showstopper "Higher," among many others.  The album is scheduled to be released digitally on January 30, 2016.  For more information, visit www.AllegianceMusical.com.

The show's director David Hyde Pierce hosted, joined by cast members Sierra Boggess, Lisa Howard, Montego Glover, Chip Zien, Adam Heller, Michael X. Martin, Anne L. The Broadway at Birdland concert series is proud to announce that songwriter Jonathan Reid Gealt will celebrate the release of his new cd, 'Whatever I Want It To Be,' at Birdland with a bevy of Broadway stars on Sunday, November 29 at 6pm.

The Original Broadway cast album for It Shoulda Been You was recorded by Ghostlight Records and will be available for purchase digitally on Friday, August 14, 2015 and physically on Friday, September 18, 2015. Licensing for future productions of the hilarious, crowd-pleasing musical will be available through Music Theatre International (MTI). The Wednesday, July 15, 2015 matinee performance of It Shoulda Been You will be filmed for the Lincoln Center Library for the Performing Arts and preserved for the Theatre on Film and Tape Archive. The Off-Broadway hit Murder for Two opens tonight (June 3) in the Audrey Skirball Kenis Theater.  The production has now been extended through Sunday, August 2.
