Photo Coverage: NiCori Youth/Alumni Cabaret Showcase Plays The Triad

Singers and Actors from Corinna Sowers Adler's NiCori Studios & Productions talent family can be seen in many venues and various productions in the Tri-State area. Into The Woods, The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, James And The Giant Peach, are a few of the recent theatre pieces that have been presented by the organization. Corinna's students have also performed in most New York City Cabaret and Concert Halls.

It was hosted by Randie Levine-Miller, who co-produced with Cheryl Benton, the founder and publisher of Thethreetomatoes.com, which sponsors the event. Jimmy Horan music directed what became a real musical happening!

New Jersey Cabaret Festival Comes To Montclair

NiCori Studios & Productions proudly presents the second New Jersey Cabaret Festival on Saturday, May 5 at 7pm in Fletcher Hall of the The Unitarian Universalist Congregation at Montclair in Montclair, NJ. The New Jersey Cabaret Festival features performers who were born, currently live in or have performed extensively in New Jersey.

SECOND STORIES Debuts At The Triad

Almost 10 years ago, now Tony and MAC nominated Corinna Sowers Adler made her debut with a highly acclaimed cabaret entitled 'Stories'. On Sunday, April 22, at 4:30pm, she will bring the show concept back to The Triad Theater on West 72nd Street, in a new version entitled 'Second Stories' which features the story song works of some of today's most beloved composers like Jerry Leiber, Mike Stoller, Kurt Weill, Ira Gershwin as well as some lesser known surprises by Phil Hanseroth, Adam Gwon, Meg Flather, Garry Novikoff and many others.

12 Finalists Juiced For 5th TOMATOES GOT TALENT At Triad 4/9

They're all ripe for action as 12 mega-talented finalists vie for the top prize, and the chance to be this year's top tomato, at the 5th Annual "Tomatoes Got Talent" singers contest celebrating the talents of women-over-40 who are currently not working pros.  The juried affair, which takes place at The Triad Theatre, 158 West 72nd Street, on Monday April 9 at 7pm, is hosted by Randie Levine-Miller, who co-produces with Cheryl Benton, the founder and publisher of Thethreetomatoes.com, which sponsors the event.

Composer Jimmy Horan Presents I CAN SING! To Benefit the NYC Gay Men's Chorus

'I Can Sing!' is an evening of original music by Jimmy Horan with special guests Corinna Sowers Adler and Stearns Matthews as well as members of the New York City Gay Men's Chorus.  All proceeds from this performance will go directly to the New York City Gay Men's Chorus.  The evening is produced in part by NiCori Studios & Productions.

BROTHER, BROTHER KING FOR A DAY to Benefit Lifebeat, 11/29

On November 29th, artists and musicians will unite for BROTHER, BROTHER: KING FOR A DAY, a special evening to benefit Lifebeat at Comix. Performers including Lala Brooks, Ann Hampton Callaway, Grayce Coviello, Colton Ford, Sherri Lewis, Stewart Lewis, Gregory Nalbone, John Pagano, Katy Pfaffl, Barbara Porteus, MarTina Vidmar, Julie Waldman-Stiel and Liz Callaway will offer their interpretations of the songs of CAROLE KING. The inspiration for this event, which will be hosted by Matt Walton (All My Children, One Life to Live) and feature musical direction by Jimmy Horan, comes from Ms. King's song 'Brother, Brother' from her 1971 album Music. The song was her heartfelt response to Marvin Gaye's 'What's Goin' On' and is still relevant today.
