San Diego Repertory Theatre announced the cast lineup for Fun Home, one of the most celebrated musicals in recent Broadway history. Fun Home is the coming-out memoir of Alison Bechdel, an exploration of family, memory, first love and a daughter's relationship with her father. Fun Home was nominated for 12 Tony Awards in 2015 winning five including Best Musical, Best Book of a Musical, Best Original Score, Best Leading Actor and Actress in a Musical. Fun Home was also winner of the New York Drama Critics Circle Award for Best Musical, Outer Critics Circle Award for Outstanding Off-Broadway Musical and the Obie Award for Musical Theatre.

TheatreWorks Silicon Valley presents Bay Area audiences with the California Premiere of FINKS, a comic drama based on the true story of comedian/actor Jack Gilford directed by TheatreWorks Director of New Works Giovanna Sardelli. With the 1950s Red Scare in full swing, the House Un-American Activities Committee attacks 'subversion' in the arts. When a romance blossoms between rising comic Mickey and firebrand actress Natalie, they face being blacklisted along with their friends and fellow artists. Written by Jack's son, playwright/screenwriter Joe Gilford, this engaging play shares the story of targeted individuals in the entertainment industry suddenly faced with losing their careers, or being branded forever as 'finks.' GOLDSTEIN, a new musical about family with music and lyrics by Michael Roberts (Golf: The Musical) and a book byCharlie Schulman (The Kitchen), will play its final performance on Sunday, May 20 at 3pm at the Actors Temple Theatre (339 West 47 St -between 8th and 9th Avenues). Directed by Brad Rouse (Hit The Body Alarm) and choreographed by Sarah O'Gleby (Associate Choreographer, Disney's Frozen),GOLDSTEIN began performances on Monday, March 26 and officially opened on Thursday, April 5. At the time of closing, GOLDSTEIN will have played 10 previews and 52 regular performances.

GOLDSTEIN, a new musical about family with music and lyrics by Michael Roberts (Golf: The Musical) and a book byCharlie Schulman (The Kitchen), announced today a new ticket promotion. From now through May 27, GOLDSTEIN will be offering buy-one-get-one tickets at the box office for patrons with the last name "Goldstein," - or patrons with a last name that includes a "Gold" or a "Stein" - with a photo ID. In lieu of a photo ID, they will happily accept a well-crafted, convincing argument.

Performers scheduled for February 19th are Stefanie Brown (Cruel Intentions), Billy Bustamante (Miss Saigon), Pomme Koch (The Band's Visit), Blaine Krauss (Kinky Boots), Amy Hillner Larsen (The Marvelous Wonderettes), Stephanie Jae Park (The King and I), Nick Sacks (Dear Evan Hansen), Travis J.
