Jefferson Performing Arts Society opens its 44th season with the dark comedy God of Carnage, a 2009 Broadway hit originally written in French by internationally acclaimed playwright Yasmina Reza.

Jefferson Performing Arts Society presents the musical Annie at the Jefferson Performing Arts Center. With the book and score by Thomas Meehan, Charles Strouse, and Martin Charnin, Annie features such memorable songs as 'It's the Hard Knock Life', Easy Street', 'I Don't Need Anything But You' and 'Tomorrow'.

WINE LOVERS, the wine-tasting musical, previously scheduled to run through June 13 at Le Petit Théâtre du Vieux Carré's Muriel's Cabaret Theatre in New Orleans, will now run through June 20, according to the theatre's official website. Over the course of the play, audience members will enjoy a tasting of six delightful wines along with the cast.
