The cast of the new Off-Broadway musical Attack of the Elvis Impersonators, the zany new musical that will leave you howling for more, with book, music and lyrics by Lory Lazarus, at The Lion Theatre at Theatre Row (410 West 42nd Street, between 9th & 10th Avenues) welcomed Elvis Impersonators to the show, now in performance through September 24, 2017. Directed by Broadway veteran Don Stephenson, with choreography by Melissa Zaremba, and music direction, arrangements and orchestrations by Benjamin Rauhala, performances are set to begin Thursday, June 1, 2017 at The Lion Theatre at Theatre Row (410 West 42nd Street, between 9th & 10th Avenues). Feinstein's/54 Below is pleased to announce complete casting for their concert presentation of the short-lived musical Shelter. Joining the previously announced two-time Emmy Award-winner Jon Cryer (Two and a Half Men) are Sally Ann Triplett (The Last Ship, Finding Neverland) as Maud, Alyse Alan Louis (Amelie, Disaster) as Wednesday November, Jeff Kready (A Gentleman's Guide to Love and Murder, Billy Elliot, Sunday in the Park With George) as Arthur,  Lynne Halliday (Baby, I'm Still Getting My Act Together..., Inventing Mary Martin) as Gloria and Scott Clare as The Voice. The Tuesday, June 27th, 7:00pm and 9:30pm concerts will celebrate Nancy Ford's beautiful score and Gretchen Cryer's fascinating and timely book.

Producer Lawrence Rosner has announced the cast and creative team of Attack of the Elvis Impersonators, the new musical that will unleash your inner hound dog, with book, music and lyrics by Lory Lazarus.

A by-invitation-only industry reading of the new musical comedy One Night will be held on March 2, 3 and 6 at Nola Studios. One Night has book and lyrics by Kleban Award winners Laurence Holzman & Felicia Needleman and a pop jazz score by David Shenton.

Symphony Space's PROJECT BROADWAY, a celebration of all that's new and exciting on the Great White Way, returns for its second installment, March 27 - April 2. This year's theme is 'The Art of Collaboration,' spotlighting the alchemy that turns music, book, choreography, and staging into theatrical magic.

MONDAY, JANUARY 23 at 7:00PM, the Tenants' Action Group (TAG) of 711 West End Avenue presents a special evening showcasing Upper West Side musical talent. All of the participating artists are present and former Upper West Side or 711 West End Avenue residents, who have collaborated to produce a program of repertoire with special meaning for their lives. The first half of the concert will feature classical selections performed by pianists Warren Jones, Margaret Kampmeier and Erika Nickrenz, cellist Sara Sant'Ambrogio, guitarist Andrew Schulman and former 711 West End Resident, flutist Eugenia Zukerman. The second half of the program is devoted to Broadway and cabaret with vocal selections from Britt Swanson Cryer, David Cryer, Gretchen Cryer, Nikki Renee Daniels, Anita Gillette, Jeff Kready, Quinn Lemley, Heather Mac Rae and Howard McGillin supported by pianist Nancy Ford and bassist Sean Smith. They will announce the program from the stage - along with the corresponding stories. Benefit tickets are priced at $75 (premium seating) and $50, and include a meet-the-artists' reception following the performance.
