Broadway Stars Bring A FINE BROMANCE to MTH Theater at Crown Center

Direct from their sold-out engagement at Feinstein's/54 Below in New York City, MTH is excited to welcome Jeff Kready and Tally Sessions to MTH's Stage 2 on April 16. A FINE BROMANCE, Jeff and Tally's critically acclaimed show promises an evening of soaring tenor and booming baritone duets, with tunes taken from musical theater and the American Songbook. With nearly a dozen Broadway credits between them, the show features stories from life backstage on Broadway as they make you laugh, cry, and some of it will even be on purpose.

MTH Associate Producer Tim Scott said, "We have a history of bringing Broadway performers to MTH to perform their original Club shows. In the past we've welcomed Claybourne Elder and Heather MacRae, both of whom sold out their shows at MTH, and we've also brought in TONY nominees Bill Russell and Kristin Hangii for special events, as well. We know our audience will love what Jeff and Tally have in store for them."

Jeff Kready most recently appeared on Broadway in the original production of A Gentleman's Guide to Love and Murder. Tally Sessions was most recently on Broadway alongside Patti LuPone and Christine Ebersole in War Paint. Locally, Tally will have just completed his run in the title role of Kansas City Repertory Theatre's production of Sweeney Todd. Jeff and Tally promise an evening of jazz standards, classic show tunes, and new favorites, with their own special brand of hilarity. The Rat Pack meets Simon & Garfunkel meets Abbott & Costello in this show. You won't want to miss this musical extravaganza of big singing and big belly laughs.

A FINE BROMANCE with Jeff Kready and Tally Sessions performs one night only on Monday April16, 8pm at The MTH Theater at Crown Center. Seating is limited. Tickets are available by calling the MTH Box Office at 816.221.6987 or by visiting www.mthkc.com.
