Ars Nova announces a September lineup featuring exciting new comedy, music and theater programming.

After making its Scottish Premiere in Glasgow November 2012 9 to 5: The Musical swiftly returned in January 2013. Now, due to phenomenal demand, Dolly is set to return her show to The King's for a bit more overtime from today, 13 - 17 August.

Curtain Call Performing Arts (CCPA) presents the Broadway musical classic, Anything Goes at the California Conservatory Theatre (CCT), in downtown San Leandro. Inside the intimate theatre venue of CCT, audiences will "board" the S.S. American and "sail" along with the cast and musicians, complete with a boarding picture taken as they enter the theater. This delightful ocean-going musical with music and lyrics by Cole Porter, and a book by the team of Guy Bolton, P.G. Wodehouse, Howard Lindsay and Russell Crouse, "docks" in the heart of the East Bay for a 14 show run, August 9-25. BroadwayWorld has a first look below!

From July 29-August 21 in New York City, StudentsLive, the premier Broadway Education Company, has brought 48 South Korean students ages 8-14 to NYC (and the United States) for the very first time as they participate in the StudentsLive 'Passport to Broadway' Program (first started in 2009, www.PassportoBroadway.com). This unique cultural experience aims to expose the students (who at the start speak little or no English) to American history, theater and music as they rehearse and put together a special final performance, a musical titled 'Journey to America' which will take place on Tuesday, August 20 at 8pm at Manhattan Movement & Arts Center (248 West 60th Street). This is the 10th South Korean group to participate in the program and other countries have included China, Brazil, Guatemala and Japan.

The Broadway at Birdland partnership with multi-Grammy and Tony nominated composer Frank Wildhorn continued on July 15th with another "Frank & Friends" concert. It's gay; it's camp; it's Gay Camp! Following its sold-out run as part of the 2012 New York International Fringe Festival and subsequent Fringe Encore Series, the show's creators are returning with an even more laugh-packed run of the hit play Gay Camp, opening at the Duplex Cabaret Theatre on Saturday, August 17, 2013 at 6:30pm.
