Bayside! The Musical! - the hilarious unauthorized parody of the Saturday morning show "Saved by the Bell" is celebrating its 250th show on Thursday June 4th! The surprise hit, Bayside! The Musical!, was only scheduled to run three months in Fall 2013 but has been extended 12 times.

On Friday, March 6, noted arranger Fred Barton brought the music of Broadway and the American Songbook showmanship to the Schimmel Center at Pace University in American Showstoppers: An Evening of Irving Berlin. Hailed by George Gershwin as 'the greatest songwriter that has ever lived,' the legendary Irving Berlin composed some of the most influential and widely-known songs ever written, many of which have come to form the Great American Songbook. Fred Barton brought the power of Berlin's Broadway sound front and center, with a hot 14-piece orchestra and a cast of 17 Broadway singers and dancers, and direction and choreography by Jason Wise. Bayside! The Musical! - the hilarious unauthorized parody of the wholesome Saturday morning show "Saved by the Bell" - has joined forces with the iconic humor brand National Lampoon to expand their New York performance calendar. Starting on August 27, Bayside! will increase the weekly schedule from three to five shows, all of which will feature Dustin Diamond - the original "Screech" from the TV series - as Dustin Diamond, the role he was born to play. With seven extensions, has been playing to feverishly-enthusiastic, standing-room-only crowds since September 2013.
