The musical will have its world premiere tonight, September 10, and continue through September 27, 2015 at the Grove Theatre in Burbank, CA. The official Press and Gala opening will be September 12th at 8pm.

On Sunday September 6 at Sterling's Upstairs at the Federal, Kritzerland Records celebrated its 61st show and 5 year anniversary. On hand were affable host Kritzerland producer Bruce Kimmel, musical director extraordinaire John Boswell at the piano and a bevy of super talented singers who included: Brennley Brown, Hadley Miller, Jenna Lea Rosen, Sami Staitman, Robert Yacko, Damon Kirsche, Darcie Roberts, Sharon McNight, Jason Graae, and special guest star Tony Award winner Sammy Williams. What a cast and what a fabulous evening of entertainment entitled The Songs That Got Away IV!

The show is created and directed by prolific Bruce Kimmel, surely no stranger to LA theatre.

 Saturday, August 15th, New Hope, Pennsylvania was treated to a one night only performance of longtime friends and Broadway veterans Liz Callaway and Jason Graae in their cabaret review 'Happily Ever Laughter.'

Singer Pat Whiteman returns with a brand new show entitled “A Whiteman Sampler” Friday, September 11 and Saturday, September 12, 2015 at the Gardenia in West Hollywood. Jason Graae, who directed her SRO show “The Mood I'm In” four years ago at the Gardenia is back directing again and this time John Boswell serves as music director. 

Kritzerland at Sterling's Upstairs at The Federal presents THE SONGS THAT GOT AWAY IV, their 5th anniversary show, on Sunday, September 6, 2015 at 7:00 PM.

Controversy is brewing at the Olney Theatre in their latest production of THE PRODUCERS.  Several weeks into the run of the show, the company management and actors began receiving messages via email and Twitter from a man who thought it was inappropriate to joke about such sensitive material as Hitler. He began protesting outside the theater with signs such as, 'SAY NO TO HITLER MUSICAL,' and 'HITLER NO JOKE.'

Olney Theatre Center, a Mid-Atlantic destination for extraordinary theater performance and education, brings Mel Brooks' The Producers to the Washington DC region for the first time in a professional production since the 2004 National Tour. Broadway veterans Michael Kostroff (Max Bialystock) and Jason Graae (Roger de Bris) headline the cast, running June 24 - July 26, 2015 on the Mainstage.

Founded by BroadwayWorld TV's own Michael Sterling (On-air Producer and Host for live entertainment news events in Los Angeles), Sterling's Upstairs first opened its doors at the renowned Vitello's Restaurant in Studio City, CA. where it single handedly brought back to Los Angeles the art of intimate upscale cabaret concerts which had all but vanished from the cultural scene in movie town, USA.  However, in due time, the venue was whole heartedly embraced by enthusiasts of LA's performing arts community and continued to thrive for 6 successful years in a former storage room that was transformed by Sterling into a true supper club environment.

Singer Scott Coulter joins Sheena Easton at the San Francisco Symphony July 23 for a concert of favorite Spy film music. The concert will include both instrumental-only and vocal-accompanied hits from James Bond, Austin Powers and more. Other summer film-themed concerts this month include the new Star Trek film and Back to the Future July 16 - 20. The Broadway at Birdland Concert Series is proud to announce that Stephen Cole and David Evans musical fable, Merman's Apprentice, will appear at the historic Birdland stage for a sold-out performance tonight, June 15 at 7pm. Directed by Igor Goldin (Yank) the cast features (in alphabetical order) P.J.
