Today, Disney|ABC Television and Disney Publishing Worldwide announced the seventh annual Magic of Storytelling campaign, which aims to donate up to 1 million books to First Book , a nonprofit that provides new free and affordable books to educators and organizations serving children from low-income families. Launching today and continuing through March 31, 2019, the campaign aims to inspire families' imaginations, cultivate a lifelong love of reading in kids and bring books to underserved communities across the country.

Paramount's Awesomeness Films is in discussions with Netflix for a sequel to the romantic comedy “To All the Boys I've Loved Before.”

Austin Film Festival & Writers Conference (AFF), the premier film festival recognizing the writers' contributions to film, television, and new media, announced today that Natalie Portman drama Vox Lux will bow as the Opening Night Film for the fest's 25th Anniversary, running October 25 through November 1. The first book in Jenny Han's New York Times Best Selling Lara Jean trilogy, TO ALL THE BOYS I'VE LOVED BEFORE, is now a movie.  Netflix produced the film and dropped it to today on its streaming service just in time for the weekend. Yesterday, Netflix revealed the full trailer for the movie adaptation of the first book in Jenny Han's best-selling YA series To All the Boys I've Loved Before, airing on Netflix August 17th. The movie will star Lana Condor (Jubilee inX-Men: Apocalypse) as Lara Jean Song Covey and Noah Centineo (The Fosters) as Peter Kavinshky. It also features Janel Parrish (Pretty Little Liars) and Anna Cathcart (Dizzy in Disney's Descendants 2 and the upcoming Descendants 3) as Lara Jean's sisters.

According to Variety, Director Elizabeth Allen Rosenbaum has wrapped principal photography on the pilot for “Pretty Little Liars” spinoff “The Perfectionists.”

Last year, it was announced that Jenny Han's best-selling YA series To All the Boys I've Loved Before was going to be a movie. Filming began last summer, but it was anticipated that the movie would head to the silver screen. Last August, Entertainment Weekly shared exclusive photos from the set that will have fans even more eager for the movie! This week, Netflix announced that it had acquired To All the Boys I've Loved Before and would debut the movie in its Summer 2018 line-up.

Today FreeForm revealed the full cast for the drama pilot 'Pretty Little Liars: The Perfectionists.' They join 'Pretty Little Liars' stars Sasha Pieterse and Janel Parrish in the spinoff pilot, as well as previously announced Sofia Carson.
