Theatre Royal Bath today announces four additional productions - Vienna 1934-Munich 1938, The Life I Lead, Trying It On and The Man in the White Suit, to complete its Summer Season 2019 programme and further casting with Katherine Parkinson, Janie Dee as well as Vanessa Redgrave, Miles Jupp and David Edgar among the stars set to take to the stage in both treasured classics and acclaimed new works.

With Holy Sh!t - the inaugural production in the newly refurbished theatre - in rehearsals, Artistic Director Indhu Rubasingham today announces the full cast for the world premiere of Stephen Sharkey's adaptation of Zadie Smith's White Teeth - Ayesha Antoine (Irie Jones), Michele Austin (Mad Mary), Philip Bird (Des/Marc Perret/Marcus Chalfen), Ayesha Dharker (Alsana Iqbal), Naomi Frederick (Ruth/Poppy/Joyce Chalfen), Tony Jayawardena (Samad Iqbal), Richard Lumsden (Archie Jones), Karl Queensborough (Anthony /Denise/Josh Chalfen), Sid Sagar (Magid Iqbal), Amanda Wilkin (Rosie Jones), Assad Zaman (Millat Iqbal), and actor-musicians Matthew Churcher, Nenda Neurer (also Clara Jones) and Zoe West. The production opens on 5 November, with previews from 26 October, and runs until 22 December.

Jamie Lloyd Productions' Trafalgar Transformed production of East is East, running from this Saturday 4 October at Trafalgar Studios, will release its initial batch of £15 Monday tickets on Wednesday 1 October from 10.00am. Tickets can be purchased via the box office in person or online (2 tickets per person per booking) 24 hours only. The dates on sale will be 13, 20, 27 October and 3 November, and will include every seat in the entire auditorium.

An exciting programme of platform events has been scheduled to run in conjunction with The Hothouse, Jamie Lloyd Productions' second show for Trafalgar Studios. The programme includes: A pre-show Q&A with award winning designer Soutra Gilmour; post show Q&As with the cast and director Jamie Lloyd; a Pinter workshop hosted by director Jamie Lloyd; two Pinter shorts - Family Voices and Victoria Station performed by a cast including Joanna Lumley and Andrew Scott; and three panel discussions: the first with Michael Billington, Nick Payne and Jamie Lloyd followed by a second with Harold Pinter's wife, Lady Antonia Fraser - in conversation with Jamie Lloyd, and finally a panel event to discuss abuse of human rights.

The Hothouse is next up in a thrilling season of work for Trafalgar Transformed, a joint initiative between director Jamie Lloyd (Donmar's Passion, Broadway's Cyrano de Bergerac, The National Theatre's She Stoops to Conquer, Royal Court's The Pride) and Howard Panter. It comes hot on the heels of the critically acclaimed Macbeth, starring James McAvoy. The Hothouse, with design by award-winning Soutra Gilmour, runs through 3 August, with the press night tonight, 9 May 2013.

Claire Foy (White Heat, Little Dorrit, The Promise) will play Lady Macbeth, alongside the previously announced BAFTA winning and Golden Globe nominated actor James McAvoy (The Last King of Scotland, Atonement, X-Men) as Macbeth.
