2nd Story Theatre will host a casual conversation with Obie Award-winning playwright Gina Gionfriddo and Artistic Director Ed Shea on Saturday, February 12, 2011 at 12:00 PM at 2nd Story, 28 Market Street, Warren, RI. The pair will talk about Becky Shaw, Ms. Gionfriddo's highly acclaimed play set in Providence, RI.

NoHo Arts Center Presents HAVING IT ALL, 3/12-4/24

David Elzer & Peter Schneider, producers of the smash-hit, award-winning productions of The Marvelous Wonderettes and Life Could Be A Dream, present a world premiere musical, HAVING IT ALL, music by John Kavanaugh, book by David Goldsmith & Wendy Perelman, lyrics by David Goldsmith, conceived by Wendy Perelman, with musical direction by Greg Nabours and directed by Richard Israel. HAVING IT ALL will star Lindsey Alley, Kim Huber, Alet Taylor, Shannon Warne and Jennifer Leigh Warren. HAVING IT ALL will begin previews on Saturday, February 26 at 8pm and will open on Saturday, March 12 at 8pm and will run for eight weeks through Sunday, April 24 at the NoHo Arts Center in North Hollywood.

BOARDWALK EMPIRE's Michael Williams To Narrates Animal Planet's TAKING ON TYSON

Animal Planet today announced that character actor Michael Kenneth Williams will narrate the network's upcoming series TAKING ON TYSON debuting March 6 at 10 PM (ET/PT). Most notably known for his roles as Chalky White on 'Boardwalk Empire' and Omar Little on 'The Wire,' Williams' extensive stage and screen career combined with his genuine yet gritty tone was an obvious standout and a perfect match for the series. Over the past decade, Williams has appeared in numerous long-running network television series and feature films including 'Alias,' Martin Scorsese's 'Bringing Out the Dead,' 'Boston Legal,' 'Law & Order: Special Victims Unit' and 'The Sopranos.' Williams grew up in Flatbush, Brooklyn - just minutes away from Tyson's hometown of Brownsville.

(NYSE: LYV) today announced that Ticketmaster, the Company's ticketing division, has entered into an agreement to acquire ServiCaixa, the largest ticket retailer in Spain from "la Caixa", the leading Spanish savings bank and financial services group. The transaction, which is subject to Spanish antitrust approval, will create the leading ticketing company in Spain through the combination of Ticketmaster Spain, formerly known as TickTackTicket, and ServiCaixa, legally named Serviticket SA.

The Gift Theatre will tackle Richard Greenberg's Night and Her Stars in a new production directed by Michael Patrick Thornton beginning this March. This elegant play is about the quiz show scandals of the 1950's, reacquainting themselves and their audience with the cautionary tale of Charles Van Doren, the young academic who made and destroyed his name on the question-and-answer show '21.' Thornton says, "As Gift marches towards our ten year milestone, we look to a play we fell in love with long ago and has stayed with us ever since. Northern Stage (formerly Newcastle Playhouse) and Sheffield Theatres today announce their first collaboration, a new production of Edward Albee's "Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf?". The production will be directed by Northern Stage's Artistic Director Erica Whyman. "Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf?" will play at Sheffield's Crucible Theatre (Wednesday 16 March - Thursday 7 April) and then continue to Northern Stage (Tuesday 12 April - Saturday 30 April).

Program presents the world premiere of acclaimed San Francisco writer Peter Sinn Nachtrieb's Litter: The Story of the Framingham Dodecatuplets, directed by A.C.T. Associate Artistic Director Mark Rucker. Litter runs March 3-19, 2011, at Zeum Theater (Yerba Buena Gardens, Fourth and Howard streets, San Francisco). Furious Theatre Company Ends Residency At Pasadena Playhouse

Furious Theatre Company and The Pasadena Playhouse have mutually agreed to the end of Furious' residency in the Carrie Hamilton Theatre. Furious produced 16 premiere productions in the intimate upstairs space, including the Los Angeles premieres of Neil LaBute's The Shape of Things and Los Angeles Drama Critic's Circle Award winner Grace by Craig Wright as well as the World Premieres of Canned Peaches in Syrup by Alex Jones and Garland Award winner An Impending Rupture of the Belly by Matt Pelfrey, in the Carrie Hamilton Theatre. This body of work earned Furious Theatre Company numerous awards and much critical acclaim.

Weather Delays Civic Theatre's FIFTH OF JULY Opening To 2/24

Due to the recent blast of snowy and icy weather, Civic Theatre of Allentown will delay performances of Lanford Wilson's Tony-nominated play, "Fifth of July," by one week. The show, which was previously scheduled to open on February 18, will now begin performances on Thursday, February 24 and will run through Saturday, March 5. Patrons holding tickets for cancelled performances are asked to contact the Civic Theatre Box Office at 610-432-8943 to receive tickets for a new date.
