2nd Story Theatre will host a casual conversation with Obie Award-winning playwright Gina Gionfriddo and Artistic Director Ed Shea on Saturday, February 12, 2011 at 12:00 PM at 2nd Story, 28 Market
Street, Warren, RI. The pair will talk about Becky Shaw, Ms. Gionfriddo's highly acclaimed play set in Providence, RI.
Fresh from her resounding success at The Almeida Theatre in London, where Becky Shaw had its European premiere, Gina Gionfriddo has graciously agreed to come to Warren, RI for a casual, intimate, free-ranging conversation about her highly acclaimed play. Join us for what promises to be an entertaining, educational, enlightening and very special event, as Gina gets her first opportunity to discuss her play with Rhode Islanders, after so lovingly lampooning them in Becky Shaw.
