The Public Theater has announced casting for the long-anticipated New York premiere of GOOD BONES written by Pulitzer Prize winner James Ijames and directed by Public Theater Associate Artistic Director/Resident Director Saheem Ali.

Tickets are now on sale for Virginia Stage Company's 46th Season.  The season will begin in early September at the historic Wells Theatre and run through the end of March, 2025.

The Season‬ opens with the 2019 Broadway political dark comedy‬‭ HILLARY AND CLINTON ‬‭by Lucas Hnath‬ ‭(November 15 - 24, 2024). Next is the 2022 Pulitzer Prize winner‬‭ FAT HAM,‬‭a modern-day‬ ‭Hamlet by James Ijames (January 17 - 26, 2025). The season continues with the Off-Broadway‬ hit drama‬‭ GRAND CONCOURSE ‬‭by award-winning playwright Heidi Schreck.

I am using this time off to continue my writing. As a new playwright, I am overwhelmed by the amount of ideas I have, as there are so many worlds I want to explore. When I often have a random thought, I usually write it down in my notes app on my phone. And when it comes to sitting down at my computer to write, I have multiple jumping off points!
